What to do and see in Manchester, England: The Best Bus Tours

November 11, 2021 Vergie Nakamoto

Famed for its soccer team and music scene, which has produced the likes of the Smiths and Oasis, this center for sports and the arts is a down-to-earth and friendly city. The so-called Capital of the North has overcome industrial decline, bombing (in WWII and by the IRA) to become a confident and cosmopolitan city of well over two million. It is well served by a bus and light rail network. Top attractions include the Lowry art complex, arcade Affleck's Palace and Canal Street gay village.

Booked for April 2020 but was cancelled due to Covid and wouldn’t refund money, issued voucher to use in 2021.Now informed that they won’t honour existing booking as they’ve put price up by £150 ???????? so have refunded original money.Have kept my money for over a year to help their business survive but now increased the price by about 80% and don’t want to look after existing bookings.Shocking way for a company to act so avoid them at all cost.Contact Liverpool taxi drivers via social media who will look after you at a fraction of the cost with a professional service. Brit Movie Tours are greedy and unprofessional !!!

The Welsh castles’ battle-torn passageways are simply indescribable. And a lot of the destinations are as unpronounceable as they’re unbelievable. So, on this trip, we let you discover the elusive beauty of Wales. You enjoy the poetic landscapes and harbour towns that inspired Dylan Thomas, you venture through the inexpressibly beautiful valleys of two of Wales’ famous national parks, and you take in the history of Chester, an English town that sits by the border. Let the sights speak for themselves and join our tour of North Wales and Chester.

The guide was very good, was on time, had abundance of information, amazing narration style combined with sound effects too. However, the trip was all transportation there wasnt enough time to appreciate anything, Hawkhead village was not necessary, also we signed up for something we didnt get which is Lancaster which kind of put me off.
