I & my wife visited Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala during last week of May, 19 for detoxification & learning Yoga and yogic life-style in pure form. The week long stay was much much beyond expectations. Serene environment in campus spread over 200 acres of landscape in the lap of hills with each part of the campus aesthetically maintained instantly took us to a different meditative journey. Everything from Yoga classes in classical form customized for our needs, hostel upkeep, Saatvik but tasty food with highest quality of ingredients, scientifically designed daily schedule, was simply perfect. We also availed their Naturopathy package which again was customized by their doctor as per our needs was again wonderful, to say the least. The proud, trained and highly motivated teams from bottom to top can be a case study for any HR expert. Came back detoxed, rejuvenated and refreshed.
