I went to Renacer on a private tour and had a great experience. The guide at the site was a friendly, smiling woman who showed me and two other visitors their cellars and landscaped grounds as well as vineyards, and also sat down with me for a tasting of three of their wines. It was a memorable experience in a beautiful setting.

This small winery with a stellar restaurant is my favorite in the area. You can book a tour of the operation and taste their fine wines. And do not miss having lunch while you are there. The food is exquisitely presented and so delicious. The best meal I had in Mendoza!

This little gem was a great experience even with my 2 kids. We arrived and had lunch with the most amazing food and wine at a very good price. The man servering us (Daniel) was able to explain in Spanish and English and gave great attention to our kids and took them to feed the fish in the pond they have. His service was outstanding. After a quick lay in the hammocks outside then off to a wonderful tour with Freddie who's English was very good and the tour was so informative. Nothing was too much and they even called taxis for us to get home. Super recommendable ..

We were lucky enough to be introduced to this gentleman and his wine in 2017. Tonight, we celebrated a milestone but sadly finished the last bottle we brought back from our trip. The whole experience of visiting Bodega Carmelo Patti proved to be one of the greatest highlights on the best vacation we've ever taken. Carmelo is authentic, earnest, and friendly. He crafts incredible wine that tastes all the better because you feel like he's an old friend and that you're part of his family within minutes of arriving. This is a spot worth seeking out if you're in or near Mendoza, and if you enjoy wine, look for a bottle wherever you can find it. You won't be disappointed.

Bodega Nieto Senetiner

Our vineyard was founded in 1888 by Italian immigrants and our premium Don Nicanor and Nieto Senetiner wines pay homage to the passion of our founder and over a century of quality wine-making. For your visit, we'd like to invite you to tour the vineyard to learn about the wine-making process and why Malbec grows so well in Mendoza. Then, we'll taste the wines to find the best match for your personal wine preferences. You're welcome to join us for lunch for an asado, a traditional Argentine BBQ, where we will serve you 4 courses with curated wine pairings to enhance your dining experience. In addition to our daily tours and lunch seating, we offer special events such as horse-back riding through the hills of Vistalba as well as wine-and-chocolate tastings. We sell all of our wines in our gift shop so that you can create your own Argentine asado experience at home. We'll help you find the perfect wine for your individual tastes.

My husband and I visited this winery to not only taste the wine that we had heard a lot about, but to ride horses! We had a lovely one hour relaxing horse ride through the vineyards with absolutely gorgeous views! Our guide was so friendly and also gave us a tour of the property. Worth the visit!

This is a large winery located just 30 minutes outside of the downtown area of Mendoza. The grounds are beautiful and the winery itself is state for the art. However, they also use many of the older processes to produce their wines. The cellar is amazing and provides a great ambiance for tasting of their better wines. If you have a chance take a tour of the old house as well. The wines are very good and the tour guide, Miguel, was fantastic. I would love to do this tour again if I come back to Mendoza!!

Vina Cobos

Viña Cobos is the inspired vision of a dreamer who one day undertook the challenge of producing great Argentine red wine that would be on par with the best-known wines of the world. From that moment, Paul Hobbs started to make noble wines of superior quality, placing Malbec and Argentina on stage with the world's greatest wine producers.

We visited 7 bodegas in total while in the Mendoza wine region; this place stood out as our top visit. Beautiful grounds, gorgeous tasting area, fun hand-crafted production area that allowed for tours, and a friendly english-speaking guide. But the wine! The wine was fantastic, top notch, and worth the high price (relative to other wineries in the area.) I can't say this enough - you get what you pay for, and then some. If you only visit one, make it Viña Cobos.

Bodega Vistalba

Bodega Vistalba, founded by Carlos Pulenta, goes into a life story that is the most important reference when it comes to assessing the excellence of its wines. The descendant of an Italian family, Carlos Pulenta is the oldest son of Don Antonio Pulenta, one of the founders of the Bodega Penaflor, 80 years ago, which endured until 1997, when it was sold. Bodega Vistalba was built between 2001 and 2004 in a family-owned land at the heart of Vistalba (Lujan de Cuyo). This is where Carlos Pulenta developed his personal viticulture project, involving members of his family, consultants, enologists and a valuable group of people who really know this land. The winery is inspired in the Creole culture, resorting to cutting-edge technology and paying homage to traditional wine-making. It has been designed so that the entire winemaking process is completed using gravity and without pumps. The first wines were produced in the year 2003, and they were first placed on the market in the year 2005. Today, our wines are sold in more than 20 countries. In 2009 Alejandro Bulgheroni, connected to the agroindustry sector through several projects since the year 1999, began his participation in Bodega Vistalba, working with Carlos toward a common goal: "producing top-quality wines of world renown, with a marked identity and personality".

Their top of the line facilities, located on a magnificent landscape that surrounds the vineyards made the perfect scene for a relaxed and confortable wine tasting, romantic walk and some of our best profile pictures. Maybe the only place in Mendoza where you can see a full 12ft natural cut of the soil, and it is indoors. The attention to detail is noticeable from the gate and through the whole building. The visit was guided by Franco, who was very knowledgeable, relaxed and really made us enjoy a memorable time, no memory repeated speeches there, thanks god. In fact, all the employees transmitted calmness and good natural feeling. Wines are out of this world, ask for their CORTE A, the aroma fills the air around!
