What to do and see in Liverpool, England: The Best Things to do Adventurous

March 13, 2022 Yuk Petri

Liverpool's fortunes have historically been tied to shipping. But imports and exports like sugar, spice and tobacco pale in comparison with Liverpool's most famous export of all—the Beatles. Relive the hysteria at the Beatles Story Experience, and check out Paul's childhood home, but also leave time for exploring Liverpool Cathedral and the Walker Art Gallery.

Had a taster session with my seven year old granddaughter. Jasmine was a wonderful instructor and made our visit a great experience. My granddaughter loved the climbing and can't wait to go back. I enjoyed it too! Unfortunatley due to COVID we can't return until the lockdown ends. I would recommend Awesome Walls for everyone to try, its good fun and great exercise.

Casbah Coffee Club

The Holy Grail of The Beatles trail. The place where it truly all began for the greatest music phenomenon of the 20th century.

Reviewed By PaulaH422 - Buckingham, United States

It was a surreal, amazing experience standing in the place where the Beatles really began. To walk into the untouched Casbah felt as if we walked back in time, and we could have spent hours there just staring at the pictures and other memorabilia. The highlight for us was when our guide brought us there, and the door was opened by none other than Roag Best!!! He was our guide for the hour tour of the Casbah, and so we ended the day on an absolute high note! By the way, we were able to visit the Casbah through the Fab Four Taxi Tour; we booked the 3-hour Macca tour with the added visit to the Casbah at the end. The day was truly a fantastic day!

Tick Tock Unlock

Tick Tock Unlock is a simple and exciting live escape game designed for groups of 3-6 people. You only have one goal: escape from the room in 60 minutes by solving a series of puzzles, unravelling clues, and working together as a team to reveal the darkest secrets that have never been shared. Are you ready to put your wits to the test?

Reviewed By I258PNjackc

Really fun and clever puzzles in this escape room, everything from the word go could and would be used throughout the whole game. Whether it be found at the start to relate to something 40 minutes later or finding and object that makes everything clear. Finishing with 10 minutes to spare on the first ever escape room myself and my friends have done with the challenging puzzles made us all the more ready to go back when more rooms are built. Well worth the money especially because of the deal we got through groupon. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

Solving a series of puzzles, resolving clues and unlocking padlocks; can your team find the clues and escape the room? It's a great choice for hen & stag parties, families & friends and colleagues!

We’ve done a fair number of escape rooms before so have some experience with them. Clue Finders has rooms of good difficulty (we did there mid difficulty room ‘Tomb’) with highly tactile lock based progression. We thoroughly enjoyed our room easily the best we’ve done in Liverpool so far. The staff member who briefed us and ran the game was really friendly and clearly enthusiastic about the job, thank you Natalie :). We’ll be back to try City soon
