Downtown Lima is crowded, but you'll enjoy exploring the city's neighborhoods—especially the beachfront areas, which have great shopping and dining and fabulous hotels.

After a long and enjoyable walk overlooking the Pacific we found Paddington in the deepest darkest area of Peru. There were actually several people waiting to take a picture, however worth the couple minute wait.
