Lovely relaxing & scenic place to take the family (dogs allowed on a leash) to see a bit of nature (bring some bread to feed the ducks) & have a picnic etc, there are facilities to buy food & hot & cold drinks too & toilets on the park. Plenty of room for cars in the park & for kids to play football. You can park overlooking the lake if you prefer to sit in the car in case of a shower.

Great stadium & facilities throughout with no restricted views at all very easy parking too with plenty of disabled bays. Many other activities inc gym, swimming pool, outdoor pitches etc etc,pub restaurant hotel & morrisons within yards. Easy motorway access!!!!!!

I visit this cinema at least twice a month as I have the unlimited membership. It is always clean, has a great selection of the usual cinema treats and shows films at frequent times. Staff are always friendly too.

Dog walkers Runners Toddlers Teenagers Picnics Children's play area Toilet block Car park Woodland walk Bike rides There are football pitches Holds music fest Disabled access Well maintained and clean A great place to relax and listen to the wildlife

I have a free bus pass so decided to go to Manchester just for the ride to see how long it would take. I was pleasantly surprised. It was a comfortable journey and the driver was very pleasant. I didn't get off the bus because it was Sunday and the shops would have been shutting.
