If you come to my kitchen we will do a great combo with different dishes, we can personalize the class based on your interest. I introduce some of the local ingredients and teach you how to make an amazing dish with beautiful presentation. It can be children cooking class where we prepare food for the parents.

I'm a profesional dancer and I was exposed to the bachata dance like almost every Dominican - through my relatives, and I learned to dance bachata even before I learned to walk. :) I'm a team member of professional dancers who dance at events and festivals around the world. Shiva's Cave Yoga Studio is part of Monte Placido Vacation Home Rentals. We are a residence of six Villas for rent on a hilltop in the Dominican Republic. All of our homes have breathtaking ocean views. They are about fifteen minutes from the town of Las Terrenas and a five minute drive to the nearest beach. Shiva's Cave Yoga Studio is a natural limestone grotto carved into the hillside. It features a large wooden workout deck and is fully stocked with blocks, blankets, belts and even has an Iyengar style rope wall. It is a mystical and spiritual place with an interior cave chamber perfect for quiet meditation.
