Great place to get a fantastic range of Thai food at cheap prices. Where the Thais go so is fresh and at decent prices. Numerous places have music or bands playing, saw a great group performing. If desperate can have KFC and do some shopping. My wife got a number of clothing items from 100 - 150 baht 5 - 7 AUD

There is a interesting night market when you visit Khon Kaen. It locates in front of Khin Kaen City Hall .It opens on Saturday night about 6:00-10:00pm. There are 2 zones ,food zone and handmade and other products zone.A food zone , there are variety kinds of food ,local food ,snacks ,Thai food,international food and many kindsof beverage. I enjoy seeing and shopping here. I think you will enjoy here.

Central Plaza Khon Kaen is one of the most comfortable shopping complexes, that I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Shoppers here can enjoy; wide walkways, ambient music, a massive volume and variety of retail offerings, dotted across a multiplicity of themed levels (including games arcade and cinemas on top floor), serviced by a plethora of escalators (see my YouTube)... A rare combination (in my experience), of a big shopping centre, that maintains a relaxed vibe.

This building sell everything IT and mobile phone users could think of. There’re many computer and mobile phone, gadget and peripheral stores on this 6 floors building. On lower 2 floors there’re also many chain restaurants and other stores such as MK, Starbucks, KFC, Hachiban ramen shop, Boots and Watsons personal store. Tops supermarket and Amorn electronics store are on B floor. If you have cars there’re 3 floors of parking on basement floors.
