This was an amazing experience! I took classes there 1-30JUNE 2019. For me this was the best decision ever. I wanted to learn proper Ashtanga Yoga for my own practise. As it was a huge 'investment' to go all the way to India from China, I wanted to be sure that the center/school selected could be the best option available. So I decided to do a mini-research and I contacted 36 schools related with Ashtanga Yoga based in India (1-2 months in advance). At the end, I decided to go for Badri School - Reasons: 1) Maximum 12 students at a time; 2) You have full attention from Sir Badri while he teaches you step by step/day by day the different Asanas; 3) Cost was affordable for one month; 4) His expertise 40+years of experience; 5) Mostly are local students (10 of 12 were locals); 6) You learn traditional Mysuru Ashtanga yoga asanas and breathing. And I am so glad that I booked with him! For all those reasons, that are real, I will totally recommend this school for learning about this pracitse. Thanks again Sir Badri for all your time, patience and knowledge. You will be proud to know that I am still practising and even sharing with others, so I can keep on my motivation. My wife and I went to check out Shine Spa at Sheraton Grand, Bangalore recently. I've been taking massage from all over the country, from road side parlor to Five star hotel. So, I have had my expectations wherever I go and my expectations are nothing but the same at Shine Spa as well. We have booked an appointment through Ms. Lallawmzuali (Mylo), the Spa Manager, she was very cordial, supportive and helpful from the moment we reached the hotel till the time we left. I would like to mentioned about the place, specially the area of Shine Spa, the way they decorated was something simple and relaxing, not like the others. Then, I told Mylo what kind of massage we need and type of Therapist I want, because I don't like the chatting while I'm on the room. We have entered couple room which was booked by us, the therapist were as requested, don't talk too much but didn't fail to entertain us. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The room was spacious, scented and quiet. I say, this is the perfect place for relaxing and rejuvenating ourselves. After finishing the service, I have change my perspective, the Shine Spa at Sheraton Hotel is the best Spa in the country for self/couple rejuvenation. This is the place we can enjoy without any limit, this is the place you'll get the best staff (from Manager to Therapist,all the staff). So, if I have the chance to stop by at Bangalore, I will definitely go to the Shine Spa , Sheraton Grand without any second thought.

If there was one salon and spa I could confidently walk into during the pandemic times, it was undoubtedly Flaunt. Their sense of hygiene, professionalism, and warmth has made me look nowhere else as far as these services are concerned. The proprietress Keku knows her profession inside out. Whenever she cut my hair (short but feminine and stylish), I walked out confidently. I slept like a baby the night I had had a pedicure and a foot massage. My time at Flaunt were the times I looked forward to. Thanks a ton!

Highly recommend the Tattva Spa. Had a very relaxing and also therapeutic 90 minute ayurvedic massage this morning. Massage therapist used a variety of techniques as well as pressures and I feel incredibly relaxed and more focused after a difficult week travelling and working long hours in Bangalore.
