We had an amazing experience at Bali and Sai Bali Tours added a cherry on the top of it. Mr. Yan worked with me to come with an itinerary, adjusting based on our availability and what we wanted to see and do. Chucky again amazes us with his kind, professional and personal way of making a trip. We had a idea of doing a little change in the plans, going to Pura Gede Luhur Batu Nagus Tempel before heading to the waterfall. Chucky agreed and everything was so perfect. After the tempel we managed 3 waterfall even the first agreement was 2 due to the tempel visit. The last waterfall Chucky shoved us,Tibumana, was so beautiful and not crowded. All in all a very good day with a great host.

Myself and my friend booked this company for our airport transfer to and from the hotel. Firstly I must say that we were utterly appalled. Having arrived at the airport, our driver- his name was Oppan or Oppian called us to say that he had arrived. Cool. However whilst he called 30 minutes before saying he had arrived and I explained to him we had to get our luggage and go through immigration so we’ll be maybe 20 minutes when we arrived to the pick up area he was nowhere to be seen and left our name card on a fence. I tried to call him after maybe 10 mins of us standing there and he gave the excuse he was in the toilet and we should wait for him. 10 minutes turned to 1.5 hours and whenever I’ll try to call, he would decline the call. I called the company, they then had to send out another car for us, however before the other car turns up.. guess who comes strolling in? Yes Oppian. After 1.5 hours. We arrived in Bali after a 15 hour flight at 23:30 and did not get into the taxi until 1:30. In the car, he was telling us all kinds of excuses and then dropped the “I need this job I can’t get fired” line. I felt bad so called the company back explaining it was all a misunderstanding and he was a great person. He told us he’ll give us a free tour whenever we wanted during our stay and we just pay admission to places. However when the day came for it, he didn’t turn up and left us standing at our hotel, upon contacting him he told us “we were late” so he went home. I spoke to our hotel lobbyists and no one even came to pick us up, nor where we late. I contacted him again to see what was going on and he brushed it off being very rude and saying he wasn’t coming. Let me also say that he wanted us to spend a lot of money as he was trying to con us (probably to make back the money from the “free”tour he’ll give us and then some) because we didn’t fall for it, he saw no fit purpose to drive us around. And once he dropped us at our hotel the first time round, he made a comment along the lines of “ohh you are staying at this very expensive hotel?! Okay okay”. Very dishonest person!! If anyone needs a tour guide, I’ve got an amazing person who was extremely lovely. Sick a kind genuine soul and a careful and alert driver, so let me know and I’ll give you his number :)

This was my first vacation in indonesia. I really enjoyed this time. We made many roadtrips and I knew I wouldn’t like the traffic, but I felt really safe with dayat as our driver. He is also a nice company to have around. Our vacation was nice but with dayat it was complete. Thank you dayat!

Did their 2D/1N Gili Kondo Island tour. Had a fantastic experience from start to end. The owner is nice and all guides/drivers we had were super friendly. Everything was provided for, with always more than enough food. We literally only would have needed to bring clothes for swimming and sunblock. Following is a detailed review of our trip (posted the same review on Google Maps). Pickup from our hotel in Senggigi at the pre-planned time in the morning after breakfast. Drive to the harbour on the northeast coast. Short boatride out to the beautiful and uninhabited Gili Kondo. While our cook, Wardi, prepared lunch we went to snorkel. Just 5 meters out from the beach were a lot of corals and colourful fish. Awesome! While we had lunch they set up our tent for us, and after we went snorkeling again. This time with our guide Alim. He showed us the best spots, and took some cool pictures for us. During the trip he suggested and took a lot of great photos. Thanks Alim! Later in the day we went with the boat out to an island that is only sand, and tiny during high-tide. From here we watched the sunset before heading back to Gili Kondo for dinner. After dinner Alim went out in the dark with his harpoon and flashlight to catch some fish. We watched him from our campfire in the dark. Afterwards we got a taste of the freshly caught and fried fish. During the day there were a few boats coming by bringing people for snorkeling, but for the night it was only us and another couple in a tent on the entire island (except guides and the local boatman). After a night of some sleep in the tent we woke up early before sunrise. We took the boat out while the sun was rising to the mangroves. Breakfast was prepared and served while we drove trough the cool mangroves shallow water. We stopped at a snorkeling spot in-between the islands to feed some bread to the fish. Great photo opportunity. Then we docked at another tiny uninhabited beautiful island/Gili and snorkeled for an hour. Returned to the harbour and drove back west to see the coolest waterfalls on Lombok. Sedang Gile and Tiu Kelep. Our cook/guide from the islands showed the way. Afterwards we had lunch at a restaurant with an amazing view in the Rinjani ridge. Pretty tired from all the cool experiences and adventures we fell asleep during our long trip to get dropped off in Kuta. Awesome to be able to get picked up and dropped off anywhere on Lombok, a perfect intermediary between cites/hotels. A really well put together trip with fantastic people to service us along the way. If we go back to Lombok for the Rinjani hike we will definitely book it with Rinjani Fun Trekking. And maybe even do this trip again. Thanks again Wardi and Alim. Terima kasih!

The Bali swing pioneer is definitely worth doing it in Ubud. It’s a different experience that you can get only here. And it’s the most safest one as well. The staff is really great and helpful with taking pictures and capture this moment.

I am so happy I found this company for our day at Nusa Penida. From the minute I booked, everything was proffessional. They made a WA group, so all communication and information was up to date. We were picked up at our hotel as promised, and from then the whole day was seamless???? We were lucky an had an amazing time snorkeling (at least 20 Mantras) and I felt like we were in a large aquarium ???? Lunch was super and gave us more than enough energy to enjoy Nusa Penida via a car for the rest of the day before we were brought back for a ferry trip back to Bali, and driven home to our hotel. THANK YOU, all you fabulous people at ForeverVacation ????
