Hove /hoʊv/ is a town in East Sussex, England, immediately west of its larger neighbour Brighton, with which it forms the unitary authority Brighton and Hove. It forms a single conurbation with Brighton and some smaller towns and villages running along the coast. The Float Spa

The Float Spa is a health and wellness centre located in central Hove. We have a wide range of complementary therapies including meditation, life coaching, reiki, reflexology, massage, the one we are most unique for is floatation therapy. Floatation is a practice where you float effortlessly in a special pod of Epsom Salt water. Without the constant noise of analysing the world around you, your body lowers its levels of cortisol (which is the main chemical component of stress). Your brain releases elevated levels of dopamine and endorphins. Your muscles, joints, and bones take a well-deserved break. We also have a yoga and pilates studio with a range of classes for beginners to advanced, as well as having children yoga for 5-10 year olds.

This place has to be visited to believe how wonderful it is. The staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable and the services offered are cutring edge. There is an air of calm and no sense that you are ever being rushed. I used the infrared sauna and the floatation tank and came out feeling completely relaxed and happy. I thoroughly recommend this place if you need a bit of me time at a very reasonable price.

Attended two shows here - Trumpton and Al Murray - both during COVID restrictions and the venue was great and staff/volunteers went above and beyond. Both very different experiences as the first one was a nice sunny afternoon and the second one it thrashed it with rain (well done to Al Murray for carrying on :-) ) but both were good experiences 100% will be returning for other shows

Attended 26/10/2019, I brought along my own overlocker which is a pretty obscure and complicated digital Huskylock model, I was the only attendee with this model but Sybel (the facilitator) ensured that I left with a full understanding of my monster machine, she took the time to go through the manual with me, making sure that I left with a good understanding of all the function settings and the different ways in which they can be applied. I thoroughly enjoyed the day. I have enrolled for 20 of Kat's sew classes, have already attended 3 sessions, worth every penny and the long trip from Bexhill to Hove. Thank you so much Kat and team.
