Underwater from Hakusan mountain range, which is said to be Sanmeizan in Japan, flows for a long time in the basement of the Tetorigawa fan area and flows over the long years to Kiyosumi in the Mikawa area of Hakusan city facing the Japan Sea near the Tetorikawa river mouth.
