A beautiful cinema/theatre. Such a fantastic building to see your film, a real treat! It’s been beautifully restored to its former glory and I won’t go anywhere else as it makes a great evening/afternoon out not only to see the film you have chosen but to see the lovely surroundings. So worth a visit.

East Sussex Falconry

Reviewed By olaybiscuitbarrel1 - Uckfield, United Kingdom

Booked for my 6 year old Grandson and it was absolutely fantastic. Himself and us 5 adults spent the most superb 2 hours walking the grounds of the castle flying these beautiful birds, and learning from Gerrard (the Falconer / guide) all about these fascinating creatures. We all held, and 'flew' them, It was a very relaxed and informative morning. I cannot rate this experience high enough. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. We will be booking this experience again. It has inspired our Grandson to follow this more and possibly get involved when he is a little older. Gerrard shared is great love, experience and obvious passion for the birds and I cannot thank him enough for today. Brilliant!

I always used to do meet and greet parking , then I discovered Club Class. They are better value as I do not have to stress out driving to the airport making sure I arrive on time. For Gatwick the return is so much easier some is there waiting for you , unlike meet and greet parking where you have to hang around. The drivers are always courteous and polite , on our last trip we had a 3 hour delay due to bad weather but our driver was waiting for us with a smile and friendly comment. Keep up the good work and I will always come back to you.

Knockhatch Ski & Snowboard Centre

Reviewed By busybeeee2016 - Eastbourne, United Kingdom

My son (15) is going on a school skiing trip and we booked four weekly lessons, one to one, as an introduction to skiing. I’m so glad we did this. His instructor Josh was brilliant with him, put him at ease with a good sense of humour. My son made great progress in such a short space of time. Book in advance as the slots get booked up quickly. I was so impressed with the Ski Centre - every member of staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation at all in recommending this business. Thank you to all that work there ????

2 adults with an 11 year old boy and an 8 year old daughter. The parking was fine and despite the inclement weather,my kids enjoyed the outdoor activities.Inside, there is a wealth of hands on science and nature that kids of all ages can try out.The cafe is limited due to space restrictions, but it's serviceable and the food is fine.I would also like to mention the staff, who all seemed to enjoy interacting with the public. The Planetarium is basically an inflateable dome, but the cosy setup was a lot of fun, especially the presenter.

Gardens & Grounds of Herstmonceux Castle

Herstmonceux is renowned for its magnificent moated castle, set in beautiful parkland and superb Elizabethan gardens. The Gardens and Grounds of Herstmonceux Castle embodies the history of medieval England and the romance of renaissance Europe. Your experience begins as you make your way through the grounds and the castle breaks into view. The castle gardens and grounds are home to a staggering variety of flora and fauna with wild orchids, formal rose gardens, Canada geese and resident peacock all adding to the charm of such an individual location. Various events take place throughout the year including theatre productions, operatic performances and most famously the Medieval Festival. Castle tours are provided but because the castle operates as an International Study Centre we advise visitors to call in advance to avoid disappointment.

Spent the day here with friends. A stunning building with fabulous gardens. Don’t miss out on seeing the huge fish in the moat and finding the Magic Garden. There is a full sized parachute in the trees too. Loved the Folly - looks just like a dolls house by the lake. Past the orchard there is a pyramid. Keep your eye out for the peacocks too. Really easy to book and for £7 per adult it was great value for money. Very friendly welcome at the gate. Just have your order number to hand. Definitely recommend.

Knockhatch Adventure Park

Children's farm. Owl Sanctuary. Adventure play park with outdoor and indoor play areas. Party rooms available.

Reviewed By travellerstale62 - Worthing, United Kingdom

Went today with 8 adults a teenager and a 4 year old. We all enjoyed our day especially the animal encounters and the owl display, Owen and Lee were knowledgable and keen to explain about the animals and owls in their care. All the staff were cheerful and pleasant. We saw Owen again in the Owl enclosure and he explained about their training and is obviously extremely passionate about the welfare of all the birds. The younger members of our party loved the petting zoo and all the play areas especially the dinosaurs. All in all a great value for money experience for all ages.
