Coed y Brenin Visitor Centre

Stop here before entering the Forestry Commission park just south of Snowdonia National Park.

I ride this on a regular basis and just keep returning. It is probably the best MTB resource in the country. It has an international reputation and we should be proud to have something like this in the UK. It is suitable for all abilities. There is a charge for parking but 4 hours solid MTB will cost about £5. The trails all have to be created and maintained (many miles) so anybody who says it is expensive they need to ask themselves "how will they be maintained if there is no income for the centre?" Go! take the family, wives, partners, your mates, friends and enjoy a unique really well run MTB activity centre.

Really enjoyed talking with the gal in the info center. She is extremely knowledgeable about Beddgelert and the area. Went in each day we were there and obtained much needed directions for hikes, transportation, etc. Nice gifts available in the shop and good prices.
