Gilgit-Baltistan (Urdu: گلگت بلتستان), formerly known as the Northern Areas, is the northernmost administrative territory in Pakistan. It borders Azad Kashmir to the south, the province of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to the west, the Wakhan Corridor of Afghanistan to the north, the Xinjiang region of China, to the east and northeast, and the Indian-administered state of Jammu and Kashmir to the southeast. Naltar is one of the magestic places to visit in Pakistan. Its all weather tourist destination, do skiing in winter or enjoy lush green landscaping and lake view in summer. It has a very good road with beautiful scenery. There is too cold weather on the khunjrab pass. You can experience some difficulty in breathing bcoz of height

This is a white glacier located near to Borith Lake. It is about 15 mins drive or 1-2 hours walk from Borith Lake. There is a 5 days trip to travel to the peak of the glacier with local person accompany you.

We went in Winters of November,Rama Meadows about 10 kilometers from Astor is a beautiful meadows lush green forest with a beautiful PTDC Motel, for the lake had to trek for 4 kilometers,
