Sanchoku Yakurashi

More safe / handles the real thing I would like to protect Japanese culture, original shape that I was born in history, genuine appearance. We would like to support the traditional production method, manufacturers that keep manufacturing method, producers. For example, soy sauce. There are things that squeeze quickly while controlling the temperature with a concrete pail even if something is not added. When squeezing soy sauce, there are also places to unload "ori" with chemicals. For example vinegar. Originally brewed sake from raw rice and make vinegar from there, there are some products such as sauce as well as soy sauce, even raw rice imports. Both are sparing time and seeking efficiency only. Is it really "genuine"? I would like to see the essence of "making" with you.
