Jabal Yibir

Reviewed By aju_96568 - Dubai, United Arab Emirates

This is one of the best; if not the best mountain drive in UAE. Very steep climb and narrow hairpins!!! Dangerous but Adventurous. Won’t recommend to drive along with family though. Once you reached top of the mountain you are blessed with astonishing sceneries. Every angle will give you a perfect picture even for amateurs. You can see Dubai skyline along with setting sun and the marvelous Burj Khalifa at one view point. Amazing !!! You are definitely gonna like this place. There is a military check post on the way to top. They will check each passenger IDs and mulkiya. Checks vehicle as well. Make sure not to carry anything banned. Roads are damaged at the sides due to water from heavy rains. So if you are going post a rainfall be extremely careful as roads are narrow and a steep climb with hairpins. To reach there take exit 119 from SMBZR.
