Yin Yoga : Mon 6pm & Wed 9.30am at fit2lovelife in Burgau. Mon & Thurs 12.30pm Circuits Class at fit2lovelife in Burgau. Personal Training is available in our private gym in Burgau. Sports & Deep Tissue Massage is available in our Burgau Location. Nutritional Advice and support either online or a face to face consultation. Yoga Workshops are held on 1st Saturday in the month from 9.30am - 12.30pm

I turned up today for my Personal training session with Ann but I was struggling to participate because my body is so sore following an ankle injury (I feel like I’m all out of sync because of the crutches & now a boot affecting how I walk) After a bit of manipulation Ann suggested I ditch the PT session for a sports massage & it was the best thing ever. My back and shoulders were so knotted up & there were moments when I thought ‘oh my God why did I agree to this?!’ but I felt soooooo much better after. That woman really knows her stuff!! I can’t recommend her enough Back to PT on Thursday now that she’s managed to unravel some of the knots but I think I might need to book in for a few more of her Sports massages on my road to recovery

Today my partner and me both had a massage. The therapist are very professionel. It was a great experience for the both of is. Of you need relaxation or a health related massage , you are in good hands visiting Sabai Thai massage. The therapist are indeed Thai and trained at (wat pho).

I’ve traveled though many different countries and experienced a variety of different massages around the world, but this one was definitely THE BEST MASSAGE of my life! Jenny’s hands are incredibly amazing and I could feel all the positive energies coming from her. Jenny’s professionalism made me feel relaxed since the moment I entered, until the very last minute of the treatment. I DO recommend the Garden Spa and I’m looking forward to be back again very soon.

I spent a week with Agni and her partner and visited all her classes and workshops. Haven’t felt so energised and centred in a long time! She is such a kind, compassionate and inspiring person. I always felt seen, safe and welcome with her. Her shala has a very special, homely atmosphere and attracts a group of kind and wonderful people. Everything that was offered including yoga classes (from fiery ashtanga to gentle flow), meditation & breath work, massages and other practices such as sound bath and igniting fire practice was top notch. Definitely try the igniting fire practice - so much positive energy and joy involved!
