Lovely local cinema with 3 screens. I watched this film in Screen 3 which is a small intimate cinema with very comfortable seats whether premium or not. Good staff and nice foyer,

During these difficult times it’s not easy to choose where to take your grandchildren on a day that’s forecast to be wet and windy. Look around and there aren’t too many options, especially ones you can have confidence in the COVID safety regime. Today my wife and I were looking for an indoor venue to take our twin grandchildren and we decided on Ocean soft play. I have to say I was a bit nervous as a previous visit, pre-lockdown, was chaotic and not a pleasurable experience. What a difference we experienced today! From the online booking to reserve our two hour slot, to the arrival at Ocean, I can only applaud LED and their amazing staff for the fantastic, safe and extremely well run venue. Everything at Ocean was totally focussed on the safety of the guests and providing a service of the highest order. The welcome, and COVID safety advice, was excellent as was the ordering system for food and drinks, particularly if you use the free WiFi at Ocean. All of the staff at Ocean deserve a huge pat on the back and I hope that their managers recognise the commitment and professionalism they are showing in providing a safe environment for our young children. Don’t hesitate in visiting Ocean and make sure you pre-book online.

We pre-booked seats to see the film Dunkirk. It was advisable, as the cinema was full at the time of screening. Can heartily recommend the seats at the back ( slightly more expensive ), as they have arm rests and a built-in cup holder. Also thought with the air-con it might be a little cool, but it was not necessary.
