Great tour.... Picked us seamlessly at our hotel, grabbed people from one other hotel and headed out. Once there, we were handed off to our guide nice lady whom passed headphones and transponders so we could hear her tour without having to be right next to her. Great idea!!! Since the palace can get packed and noisy. Very informative tour. Tour ended and you were allowed about 90min free time to do whatever before van came back. We used the time to have lunch/breakfast at crepe place very close and very good. Got dropped off at home around 3:30pm.

This tour was perfect for our family. We wanted to go to Normandy but were not confident figuring out all of the trains to/from Paris so finding one that left from Paris was just what we needed. The weather was touch and go leading up to our scheduled tour date but Josef was in constant communication with us on what to maybe expect, if some things might be closed, what possible back up plans could be... thankfully we said lets just do and we are so glad we did! Josef was great, super knowledgeable and informative. It ended up being such a perfect day!

I booked a full day tour of Versailles with my daughter and it was just perfect. I had many questions through email prior to our outing and they were always answered in a timely manner. They were always there to help. Our morning started out with a very nice Mercedes van picking us up and taking us to Versailles to meet our wonderful guide, Anna. Anna was very knowledgeable on every aspect of Versailles. My daughter and I learned so much and had the most magnificent time with Anna. If we had done this tour alone we would have been amazed still, but doing it with a guide makes a world of difference. There were so many details and things we would have never known if we didn’t have Anna. When the day was over our driver was right there ready to take us back to our hotel. It was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this company, they were top notch and did everything with ease and class. What an incredible experience!!!

My husband and I were on a short trip to Paris for his work. On the day he had mostly off, we had Frederic drive us to Bruges since we had never been to Belgium and the pictures looked amazing. After a very comfortable ride there, Frederic started a walking tour with us in the morning and we quickly realized the pictures did not do this quaint city justice! We felt like Disney had created this perfect little town for people to see. Frederic walked us around before we stopped for lunch together. He was going to leave us to dine alone but we asked him to join us because we enjoyed his company so much and we wanted to hear more about the city. After lunch, he gave us the option of having him continue to walk us around or we could explore on our own. We chose to explore on our own since we felt he had given us such a good overview that morning. We had plans to tour the Chocolate Museum but when we arrived, it was closed due to the time of year. We actually didn't mind much and we just spent the day wandering the beautiful streets around the canals and stopping for hot chocolate and waffles. I would highly suggest a visit to Bruges to feel like you have stepped back in time. Speaking of time, we toured in January and lucked out that it wasn't extremely cold. The crowds were very low so it was easy to wander the streets and sometimes we found ourselves the only ones exploring the small alleyways. I would definitely return to Bruges one day and would highly suggest taking this tour especially if it is your first visit or if you have very limited time in the city.

The tour is an immersion in Monet's little paradise and requires minimal effort. A relax trip in Normandy in an oasis of greenery, outside of Paris, with tickets included, separate priority entrance and an hour break for a countryside lunch is an unforgettable memory! The village of Giverny, Monet's Gardens and House, lies 82 km (50 mi) from Paris, on the right bank of the Seine, bordered with willows and poplars. You will discover the painter's house and gardens (Water and Normand garden), known as the Father of Impressionism, magically recreated on Monet's canvas, with their trademark water lilies and the Japanese bridge. You will stroll in peace the cute village of Giverny. On the way back, we will stop to see the Old Mill in Vernon, the 12-century château de Tourelle, the 4-century old timberland houses, the Roche Guyon castle and we will pass by Vétheuil, the first village where Monet lived. Note: 1hour/1hour 30min (depending on traffic) one way.

Inclusions: Private transportation, Air-conditioned vehicle, Guiding Services & Admission Tickets, All Fees and Taxes, Rent a car for 2 people and minivan for 3 to 6 people.

Exclusions: Coffee, tea, soda, water, alcoholic beverages, snacks, breakfast, lunch, dinner, everything that is not in the category included.

***DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE*** TERRIBLE customer service. Have contacted them before the Covid pandemic asking for a refund. Did not receive it. Then Covid hit - asked MANY times via email for a refund. This trip was for 4 adults - for a cost of 476Euros. There have been so many emails - and they keep saying that a refund is in the works. First they said immediately, then they said 6 months. I cannot recommend this tour operator due to this blatant disrespect of their customers. I need these funds back. I was out of work for more than 8 months - and this is really unacceptable.
