What a fantastic morning riding with Lisa and her team today, first day after lockdown, wonderful horses a lovely day for riding I am an older (65) experienced rider, Lisa gets to know you and picks horses that match you ability and expectations, I cannot see anything wiping the grin on my face after a two hour trek plenty of trots and canters on a fabulous horse. Visited today 1st trip since the revamp , and was absolutely amazed much better than though it would be couldn’t believe the difference Absolutley amazing place we stayed 10am - 5pm and kids would of stayed longer 4 8 year olds. Staff friendly, completely Covid safe loads sanitation stations and they have staff putting it on the children running round the play barn, such a good day out whatever the weather so much to do indoors and outdoors! Probably the best play barn ever visited , so much thought has gone into this to make it a brilliant place to visit with little ones of all ages , will not be disappointed if visit , well done farmer Ray and team.

Amazing campsite! Spotless toilet and facilities block, and our 8 year old and 3 year old couldn't get enough of the play areas. Beautiful lakes and a really chilled out vibe. Considerate campers too, really family friendly. Dotties - the on site bar and cafe really impressed me with its Vegan options such as veg sausages and milk alternatives (even Magnum ice creams!), well done guys this was MUCH appreciated :-) Will definitely be back and will be recommending you to others!

Visited here the other day with my daughter. We have been coming here since she was a toddler and is now 9 and we have always loved it. It's so nice to see how it has developed over the years. Nice to see a few new things every time we go. On this occasion there was a nice butterfly hunt sheet to fill in on the way round and a small prize at the end. Guinea pig fishing was a first for us, won't give it away go and see for yourself...my daughter loved it! A wonderful experience to hold an owl aswell (for a small fee of £1 which is a donation to an owl charity.) We took a picnic and was allowed to go back to the car to eat it and go back in afterwards (which was a good job as as soon as we got in the car to eat the heavens opened!) Lovely animal encounter talk where you get to hold/stroke a guinea pig, rat and rabbit. We will be back in the summer and I will be back with my school class in the next month or so!
