We were celebrating my niece’s 16th birthday. This was our first escape room and the best experience ever! There was a group of 6 teens and two adults. We were able to hide a special birthday gift in the room for her to open - a very nice touch! Everyone participated and we made it out with 3 minutes to spare! The staff was super friendly and the room was clean, challenging, and very intriguing. Our group used up the three free hints, which I would recommend taking advantage of. We will definitely be back to do a different room.

Locked In Escapes

You have 60 minutes to find the clues and solve the puzzles. Can you escape?

I recommend using Locked In Escapes if you're looking for which company to do an escape room with. They have lots of options for different escape rooms (we did Darkness Falls), each with varying levels of difficulty and accessibility depending on age. The room we were in involved keys that were revealed cleverly and not generically, so be ready to think creatively! The staff is encouraging and lighthearted, and I love the options for signs they have at the end. There's a mix of sassy, silly, and bold signs you can hold while they take your picture. I highly recommend going to Locked In Escapes!

Absolutely loved it! We attempted the Manor we were a few steps away from escaping, but it was well worth the money and our time. We chose the scary version which had the actors, they were great and funny at times as well. The workers were so friendly. You can really tell they put a lot of thought, time and money to make it such a great fun filled experience for everyone. We can't wait to go back and try another one :)!

I can’t even put this place into words, it was incredibly fun!! Being in a group of 3, we found the clues and made our way through the room thanks to the help of the lovely lady Tessa! She was so sweet! This place offers clues whenever you need, and doesn’t make the rooms impossible to complete, unlike some places. It’s very realistic and I recommend this to all ages who have a keen interest for puzzles and amazing rooms made exclusively by the owners of 21 keys! The clues are great, the rooms are realistic and bring you into the story, and the experience is one you can’t miss. Please check this place out!!

We (My wife and I) participated in the Executive Order escape room with another large group, and our experiences were different. I loved the overall experience. We both loved the history/political themes, clues, and solutions and the room set up over all. I managed to shove myself into most of the activities . My wife didn't enjoy her time near as much as I. Though the room, storyline, and clues were great, the number of people involved and the personalities of those involved precluded her full participation. She felt left out and like the experience was kind of pointless. We left with 3 takeaways: 1. I should have focused less on problem solving and focused more on my wife. This continues to be good life advice, not just a takeaway regarding escape rooms. 2. 8 people is sometimes too much. Depending on your experience with escape rooms I'd recommend booking out the room (or at least part of it). If you're new to escape rooms then 8 might be fine (more people means more or quicker solutions), but more experienced escape-roomers or puzzle aficionados will definitely want to limit the number of participants so that everyone can soak up some of the action. More participants would probably work well in the more difficult rooms (this one was rated as a moderate difficulty). This room would be great for families as the puzzles are enjoyably challenging, but within range for younger puzzlers (though again, think about booking the room). 3. This company is amazing. They truly have a heart for their customers, and it shines through in everything they do. An employee happened to catch my wife on our way out and asked about her experience. My wife responded with, essentially, "I didn't have a great time because I think there were too many people." We walked out, and really thought nothing of it. (Our thoughts) **It was less than ideal, and I apologized, but we certainly weren't expecting or seeking any sort of resolution from the company. We understood that the company books the rooms tight because, shockingly, they have to pay employees and turn a profit. No long term hard feelings, but she was disappointed.** As we were getting in the car the employee called out for us and ran out to our car. She explained that she was actually the owner, handed us free passes, sincerely apologized, and spoke with us for a few minutes. Shortly afterwards I received an email from the manager asking to test a new escape room launching in April, free of charge. These were definitely not the only examples of their dedication and passion... Their locks were smooth and well maintained, and they obviously take great care in preserving a FAIR challenge. EVERY employee was friendly and knowledgeable The rooms are well arranged, and well decorated.  but their relentless pursuit of 110% customer satisfaction is MOST telling.  DEFINITELY will go back, and will confidently recommend to friends and family.

Date night with friends! It was great. We went to the 999 Strange Place. It was strange to say the least! We all had a good time and we were out in 47 mins! We had to put our jackets and stuff on the floor of the actual room, no lockers or anything. Other than that really good, creepy place!
