Would definitely recommend Africa Alive. The park has a great collection of animals and a clean environment. Highlights included the Amazing African Animal show and the lemur walk through which both enable you to get up close and personal with the animals. I Recommend bringing your own food as there are limited facilities for eating and not a great range of options for gluten free.

A great little zoo. We loved seeing all the animals up close, especially the otters and big cats. Very Covid compliant with a one way system that ensures you can socially distance while still getting a great view of all the animals. Hand sanitiser points at regular intervals. We booked for 2.15 and had plenty of time to see everything and have an ice cream before the zoo shut. We have visited before and will come again.

Great time at the Sea Life Sanctuary with a nine and seven years old. Visited in the morning for about an hour and a half and then went back in the afternoon after lunch elsewhere. Essential to catch the informative feeding times for the seals, penguins and otters, and probably the turtle, which we missed.. There is also a play area for young children. During the summer there is a treasure finding competition with badges as the prizes. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and we particularly enjoyed the manned hands on beach area and insect room. A family restaurant instead of a coffee and cake cafe would probably capture visitors for a longer period.

Got in with a buy one get one free ticket and had an enjoyable hour or so looking round. Lots of sealife to see with information about the different species. Really excellent large aquarium with sharks that leads you underneath to view from above. The penguins are also worth a look at.

Went here with our grandchildren this weekend. It’s grown so much since we last went with our own children when Jimmy had first opened. What a difference.....It’s Huge! It’s beautifully clean, the animals you can tell are well looked after which is so important to us. There’s a few small play areas which are well maintained. The woodland walk was great fun, finding animals in the woods...Lions & Tigers & Bears Oh My!!! Some animals you can feed & the goats certainly liked a little fuss. At present the restaurant itself isn’t open for food due to COVID-19 however you can order hot/cold snacks from the hut outside & eat it in the warm! Much appreciated this time of year. Food & Drinks reasonably prices and plenty of it. Thanks to ALL at Jimmy’s Farm. We Loved It & So Will You!!! We’ve booked again for next week & brought Gift Vouchers for Christmas Gifts.
