I visited the spa twice during my stay at the InterContinental Hotel and I can’t rate it highly enough. Both massages I received were exceptional from the technique to the beautiful products used. The staff were amazing - wonderfully attentive, kind and knowledgeable. The spa itself is beautifully appointed with individual huts overlooking a beautiful and tranquil lake.

If you are researching which massage to attend, I can definitely recommend this one instead of Phu Quoc Day Spa and Massage which has the highest google rating and trip advisor reviews (due to a discount for a review online). Trading as Bay Spa and Nail, this massage was fantastic. They provided lockers with keys, as well as new slippers and clean bathrobes. We were ushered to a private room for 3 and upon glancing on my way out, there were several other rooms to cater for different sizes. Overall it was a very relaxing and satisfying massage and the ladies who massaged us were professional and lovely! The facilities were clean, modern and well looked after. They also offer complimentary transfers which added to the great value for service.
