Chefparade Chocolate and Dessert School

Chefparade Chocolate and Dessert School is a real Chocolate and Pastry atelier, where you can master the basics of how to do your own hand-made chocolate , classic Hungarian desserts in a fun and interactive atmosphere. The hands-on courses give you the opportunity to temper, cook, fill bonbons, bake hungarian cakes, like strudel (rétes) or palacsinta and ask questions side-by-side with our LOCAL Pastry Chef and Chocolatier. Everything runs in English. Learn about the origins, the history of Hungarian pastries all the basic equipments and ingredients with the best practices. The courses usually run in the late morning hours and finishes with a local lunch/menu prepared/served by Chefparade. The resulted chocolate-bonbons /cakes we put into fancy boxes, that you can take home and present for friends.

PremiAir Simulation - City Center

We opened our newest Simulator Centre in the hearth of our capital town, Budapest. The new simulator PremiAir Simulation City Center take place at József Attila utca 22. Our guests and guest pilots can find themselves in a miniature airport terminal when entering our Simulator Centre. At the Check-In desk our polite ground crew members greet our guests, provide detailed information on our service, arrange all administration task and issue bording passes. Our simulator technicians are trained pilots, wo assist our gests during the whole duration of the flight from the right hand seat and answer questions arising. Should you arrive a little bit early for your simulator session, time flies by quickly in the comfortable sofas of our VIP longe.

Bake your own mini chimney cake and get your certificate! Our professional team helps you in everything to have a cheerful time with us. Nice program for team building while you can get an insight the production of the traditional chimney cake. This service provides active relaxation for children and adults at the same time. We guarantee that everyone will leave with their self-made, fresh chimney cakes. The capacity of the „Kürtőskalács Tanoda” is maximum 8 people at the same time. Based on our experiences, this is the optimal number of people which we can do the most professional and personal job. The workshop is held by professional personnel. After a short introduction we go through the whole process of preparing a real chimney cake, from compose the dough to bake and flavoring. At the end of the workshop everybody get a certificate with their name on it and a recipe in Hungarian or English. The length of the workshop is 45 minutes.
