There were a couple of Tourist Information places but we only used this one - opposite the fountain statue by the Pile Gate entrance once you are inside the Old Town. Could not fault the ladies who worked in here they were so helpful and explained about the One Day Pass that was the same price as just The Wall ticket so we bought it and got into 9 attractions for free and also had 24 hour bus travel. They were knowledgeable about everything we asked them so would recommend going in to see them.
