We went to this park not knowing what to to expect, turned into a great family day (11 and 13 years old girls)! Very easy to find, good parking, welcoming staff and very fresh facilities A modest entrance fee to the park (included entrance into the Minoan maze and best mini-golf course ever!). For a few extra euros you can then try different activities (e.g.clay pottery making , keeping the resulting "artwork", laser maneuver trough the Trojan horse and archery training) We then finished the Atlantis escape room challenge which was a not to be missed highlight of a fantastic day!

What a place for my 3 year old. Firstly you dont have to pay to go in you just pay it you want to use the slides 7 euro adult, 5 euro children. They really made us feel welcome, the drinks reasonably priced and the food was incredible. I'll definitely be returning again before I go back to the uk.

A humid, aquatic world unfold in front of you ... It is the unique WaterCity. The most entertainer and wild aquatic park in Europe, which offers pure amusement, with 34 water games of adrenaline, that will make you gasp incredibly.
Watercity was fantastic. Lots of slides, queues were well organised and moved quickly. There were plenty of free (unlike Majorca) rings for half the slides, free sunbeds, and reasonably priced food (€23 for 3 of us at lunch incl a beer). All in all a great day and would highly recommend!

Acqua Plus Water Park was the first ever water park in the area of East Europe. It was also the first in Europe to create and put in use the so called cashless system. Build only few minutes from Hersonissos in Crete it is with no doubt the most popular water park in Crete. The combination of water slides, natural environment and great people make this theme park a unique proposal to spend a day during your vacations.
As others have mentioned, we enjoyed a much quieter experience due to Covid-19, but this water park is definitely recommended! If I return to Crete in the future, I would absolutely look to include this in my holiday activity plans. Great fun all round - and plenty of slides for kids of all ages

Thematic Park representing mans agony and struggle for survival through the centuries.
The museum-theme park Homo Sapiens is 45 km from Heraklion, on the Lassithi Plateau, and a totally original museum in which the the evolution of human being since the times living in the caves until today, unfolds. It's a fun way to learn about the past, enrol one more adventure in your Cretan calendar, add some amazing photos to your memory album...

The Water Park (65.000 sq. meters) is situated just outside (7 km) the city of Chania at the feet of the White Mountains & in the picturesque Cretan countryside. A unique destination that efficiently combines family entertainment with relaxation. The great central pool of 1500 sq.m. with an enormous aquatic oasis & a separate, really deep area of 3.80 m. will make you feel like swimming in the sea. This area is equipped with comfortable sun beds & umbrellas so you can relax under the Cretan sun & enjoy drinks & snacks from the pool bar. Extreme adventure is fast & exciting with a high adrenaline mix of various activities including impressive water slides which offer 2 freefall rides, a black hole, a triple twist, a crazy river, a rainbow multi-slide & 2 giant slides! The water park also offers a separate kid’s pool with colorful waterslides & the lazy river (206 meters long)! The experience is always tasty with a restaurant, a fast food & the pirates bar at the artificial island.
We had a brilliant day at the water park, our 3 year old was even allowed on some of the bigger rides with us and he loved it. The staff were professional, polite and very careful. It is a small water park but perfect for a day out with the family, the food was lovely and not too over priced. It wasn't too over crowded and we hardly had to queue for the rides.
