Kate Wright

I am a restauranteur with busy cafe and luckily work close to home. I live in an area of natural beauty and really enjoy walking, hiking and exploring. I look forward to sharing my knowledge of local history with my guests. I love the natural cycle of my garden and while away many happy hours there. I do hope my guests will enjoy its beauty. I enjoy entertaining, meeting new people as well as yoga, dancing and the outdoors. I hope you will like in the West half a much as I do. x Kate

Former journalist and teacher, I like to find secret spaces and strange facts. A lover of local flavours and the oddities of the Irish (and English!) languages; I can present you with a genuine local blás (look it up) and point you to places not marked on Google maps, giving you an unique insight into the West of Ireland and The Burren in particular.
