Turmeaus Tobacconist was established in 1817 by the Turmeaus Family in Liverpool and during the 1800's and 1900's had many specialist pipe and cigar tobacconist shops around Merseyside. Turmeaus was also a Havana cigar importer. Over the last (almost) 200 years the business changed hands a number of times before being brought to its knees by the last owner and brought back to life by The Orchant Family - owners of C.Gars Ltd, the largest and most successful specialist tobacconist in the UK. Having taken over the last original shop in Liverpool in 2002 we have since expanded to Chester, London's Mayfair, Knutsford and Norfolk.
