Chester Golf Club

Chester offers visitors the magic of a classic golf course in a seaside setting. The course routing provides a golfing adventure that is both challenging and enjoyable for all skill levels. It is a joy to play, whether you aspire to break one hundred twenty or par of seventy. Any missed shots will be due to the distracting beauty of the Atlantic Ocean, the Islands, and the colourful sailboats tacking in the wind. After your round, come in and sample some of the finest seafood found in Nova Scotia. We're told the seafood chowder is superb.

We had supper here and it was a fantastic experience. The restaurant offers Seating inside, on a screened-in deck or an open deck and both decks offer great views. The staff are friendly and our server was excellent - professional, knowledgeable about the dishes and very helpful. Our food was exceptional and I highly recommend eating here if even remotely close by.

The owner was especially helpful in setting us up with a self-guided tour of the area in a couple of kayaks. All the necessary equipment was provided.
The area itself was spectacular - the waterfront houses were gorgeous. My wife and I looked into properties for our retirement.

Oak Island Tour

Reviewed By Mike U

Booking for this excursion takes place early in the year. We bought our tickets online through the website back in March.
The tickets sell out very quickly due to the popularity of the TV show. My wife got online and bought tickets for September and they sold out the entire summer in one day.
For those of you that are fans of the show we were treated to a private tour with a group of about 30 individuals. The tour last about 3 hours and is a full review of The Island both in artifacts as well as the history that it possesses.
Great fun to be with people that are intrigued by the show sharing stories and conspiracy theories. Our tour was Guided by none other than Charles Barkhouse the local historian and one of the members of the cast on the show. We got to meet Dan Blankenship which was a true honor.
So much information provided on the tour it literally was mind-blowing. Well worth every dime paid. It does take a little bit to get to the island as it is private and there are not a lot of road signs but the locals in town or happy to guide us in the correct direction.
If you watch the show it is well worth your time effort and money to go check this island out for yourself in person.
It was the best part of our East Coast tour this summer.
