Pulau Dua was located about 3.5 hrs driving to from Luwuk. You can fly to Luwuk via Syukuran Aminudin Amir Airport, then continue journey using rental car or public mini bus. Public mini bus only cost 70.000 IDR, in which you can reach at Luwuk Bus Station. Off course you will need more than 3.5 hrs using public mini bus. Using private / rental car, you can reach in 3.5 hrs. Having arrived at Balantak, you need to sail using speed bot (400.000 IDR per boat) to Pulau Dua and one island near. Bargain at lower cost, and you may get 300.000 for 2 island.
