Zach was a great teacher and host. The recipe was easy to follow and my wife and I really enjoyed the evening. The chocolate was delicious and it was exciting to see how we could make it ourselves, following Zach's well organized directions. The size of the class with two couples was perfect and helped create a fun intimate environment for a date night. I highly recommend signing up for one of Zach's classes.

About the Russian Banya of Dallas An old Russian custom and, from medieval times, a national institution, the banya has been around for more than a thousand years, with only on in Texas: ours. The heart of our establishment is our banya, which is the only such facility open to the public in the United States that is heated ( up to 220°F and 60% humidity) by a wood-burning stove. The Russian Banya of Dallas also offers guests a dry Finnish sauna (heated up to 180°F 10% humidity) that provides a milder heat. In addition we offer a Turkish steam room (heated to 110°F, with 100% humidity) that makes use of soothing moisture to heat the body evenly. Lastly, we offer a cold plunge, which, at 40-42°, is a substitute for the snow bath (or “dip”) in a frozen river that traditionally concludes a banya session— a thoroughly invigorating part of the cleansing process that is not to be missed. The Russian Banya is a hidden Gem! Don't let the location or exterior fool you. The food is fantastic, all of it prepared in house and made fresh daily. The bread alone is worth the trip....prior to finding the Banya I had very little knowledge of Russian food now I find I actually really like pickled Herring, WHO KNEW?! Better yet the Banya and the services are a joy. The entire staff bends over backwards to assist all the way to offering to preform the Venik treatment in the 120 degree sauna. Wonderful way to relax and socialize. My family and I love this place...another plus, NONE OF THEIR FOOD TASTE LIKE CHEMICALS ????

She: The Spa Castle vip private hot tub, champagne, and full body massage was a sensual experience! The room was romantically appointed, 30min relaxation prior to the massage set the tone for an amazing couples massage with a champagne toast to Valentine's Day! Great experience, cannot wait to do it again. He: The key words are private, clean and romantic. The hot tub in the suite was wonderful. For those of us that are a little shy, this was perfect. This was just what we needed. The staff made us feel like we were in a world class resort just 30 minutes away from home. They gave us plenty of time to get ready for a great massage. Wow, what a massage! Can’t wait to go back.
