Hermitage Bay

Perfect choice to getaway from stress! We booked a beach “cabana”. Stunning views steps to the beach. We didn’t really even need to leave our room to enjoy the beach. Food was amazing! Chef Sugar’s cooking class was fun and would totally recommend. Galloway and Devin at water sports are a lot of fun and recommend taking a boat tour. This is the place to relax! They are very good with Covid precautions. Jillian, Sandy, Kacy, Melissa, Stoney, Patricia, Shantieca, George and Geron are just some of the friendly helpful staff we encountered on our stay. Only one bad comment is the sand flies liked my husband and son but did not bother me at all.

The Turtle Hill Golf Club

Accuracy is key at this challenging course of par-3s. Winner of Golf Digest’s Best Places To Play Golf, Bermuda’s Fairmont Southampton Golf Course features 18 par-three holes, most with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. With its lush tropical surroundings, dramatic elevation changes and strong coastal winds, this challenging 2,684-yard course is designed to take your short game to new heights, requiring patience and prudent club selection. You’ll play through multiple bunkers and water hazards while three tee offerings on all 18 holes make it perfect for golfers of all skill levels. Rent shoes and clubs at the full-service Pro Shop, where you can also store your bag upon arrival or arrange for lessons from one of the course’s golf professionals.

This is a well maintained golf course with fantastic views! The staff was very friendly. The equipment we rented was adequate. The cruise special of 18 holes with a cart & Rental clubs was excellent. I would recommend this course

Tarpum Bay

Small, picturesque town overlooking the waterfront, populated by artists and more than a couple goats. Clean attractive and well appointed cottage. Wifi and cable tv included.

The last time I saw swings in the water was 4 years ago in Great Exuma, Bahamas at Coco Plum Beach so needless to stay I had to stop at Tarpum Bay :) look at that water, it's Bahamas, it doesn't get any better. The swings have seen better days but it's an absolute blast to stop here even for a few minutes just to enjoy these views - check out the area as there some great views here not only at the swings but if you continue off the main road and stay along the shore - we loved it! We drove here from Governor's Harbour area on the way to Rock Sound - the drive is very pleasant and pretty relaxing/scenic for the most part so I highly recommended to anyone who likes to explore on their vacation :) TIP: we were on the way for lunch to Rock Sound but I wish we had more time and days to give any of the local spots here a shot, especially the one literally across from the swings looked very inviting - it might have been the BaySide View one, looked pretty new and very inviting!

This was my second visit to the boatyard , but first time doing the snorkel trip that was included in my 25 dollars admission price plus free drink and sun bed love this place gorgeous white sandy beach and turquoise blue sea . The guys on the snorkel trip where great and put me at ease whilst I was trying to sort out my snorkel equipment we snorkelled over a ship wreck and there where fish stingrays and turtles and free shuttle back to our cruise ship highly recommend for a chill out day and will definitely return

A very nice and exclusive members only club, I was invited by my family in DR who are long time members. The club is fully equipped, from the gym, to pool, to restaurants. They also have various venus for gala festivities. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. Everytime I have been there, I truly enjoyed myself fully!
