Sorvolandia - Parco Avventura

In the SORVOLANDIA PARK OF ADVENTURE in Lamezia Terme, there is fun, from one tree to the other, thanks to suspended platforms, steel cables, Tibetan bridges, Tyrolean (pylons), ropes and stairs, testing your equilibrium and concentration together with a bit of exercise. All pathways are carried by wearing and safety device, consisting of a harness, a cord (longe) and a heatsink, pulleys, gloves and a boot. In the park, which extends for about 60 hectares, an area of approximately nine hectares is reserved for the botanical garden. Dedicated to the cultivation of American vines since the 1800s, this stone-paved or dirt-paved aisle-lined garden with boxwood hedges features more than a thousand species of trees, shrubs and herbs typical of Calabrian flora. It is divided into various sectors dedicated to succulent plants, aromatic and medicinal plants, palm trees and cycads, and fruit trees (arboretum).
