I'm a member at Worfield GC and have just noticed the course is open (Monday 17th) so soon after Storm Dennis. Can't play today but plan to go down tomorrow. How many courses are open in the area? Huge thank you to the greenkeepers. Not a single temp green or tee so far this winter.

Bridgnorth Golf Club is a members club, so is run by the members who take great pride in being known as the friendly golf club. The course is kept in tiptop condition and the greens are played on all year round and are amongst the best in not only Shropshire, but Staffordshire and Herefordshire as well. The 18 hole course is mainly parkland and 3 holes run alongside the River Severn and when you complete your game there is an excellent clubhouse to enjoy, which in the winter have a log burner to keep you cosy and in the summer there is a large patio to enjoy a cold drink, while watching players finishing on the 18th green.
