Rando was a great driver, tour guide, restaurant guide, photographer, mentor. He went beyond on helping me find my luggage that was in the airport in Italy. He was by far the best tour leader/driver I’ve ever experienced in my travels over 57 countries. I was a little skeptical to travel during the pandemic but I’m so glad I did because everything went smoothly. I have already recommended Rando and Good Albania to several of my friends. I hope one day to return to Albania. Thank you Good Albania for the amazing memories!

I didn't have any expectations regarding Krujë, but the national museum Gjergj Kastrioti Skënderbeu inside the castle felt very epic and turned out to be one my favorite ones so far in Albania. It amazes me how knowledgeable Andi is about everything you ask him, even specific details! We adjusted the itinerary a little bit on my request, which is always convenient if you're running out of time.

Albania is the last unexplored area of the Europian touristic map, so the interest to visit this small and beautiful country is growing more and more. Albania has become a favorite destination for travelers. Having been almost entirely closed off under the hard-line communist regime for many decades, the country is still considered an exotic tourist destination. The natural scenery and beauty of the mountainous countryside is therefore largely unspoilt. Visitors can discover gorgeous beaches.

Roshnik is ocated 12 km from Berat. We will have a walk through the vineyards and the fields, and then visit the 300 year old house of a famous family in there, Qyperlinj, a family which held important governmental post during the Ottoman Empire era. A famous family is Fiska, \who now runs an agrotourism and produces its own wine and raki (traditional Albanian alcoholic drink). We will have a break in the premises of the winery to get introduced to the process of wine making and taste different types of wines and the two types of raki as well, the white and brown one. we will be able to accompany wine tasting with some nice dried figs, cheeses etc. We have visited all the sights of interest of the village and its now time to enjoy the local traditional food too. The restaurant is part of the agrotourism of Fiska family, and they make sure to prepare everything with products from their villagers, that’s why everything comes out to be delicious!

Dear Sirs, I would like to thank "1001 Albanian Adventures" for organising me a tour from Tirana to Prizren. In the time the pandemy affected all travellers around the world, the information in Internet is diverse and contradictionary. Some websites say, that the borders are open, calls to other give the answer, that you need covid-test, what takes time and money. In such region, like Montenegro-Albania-Kosovo, you even get different timetables for bus departures - or even totally no information about it. "1001 Albanian Adventures" and especially Erilda herself made my trip from Albania to Kosovo possible. He was always available for my questions per Facebook, even apart her working hours, in the evening. She organised for me a "half-tour" to Prisren from Tirana, following my budget, so that I could go further to Pristina Airport. I felt safe and cared about and want to say thank you! Ana S, Germany

The nice waterfall of Bogova is located around 40 kilometers from Berat and to reach the final destination we will need to pass through the forest for a 30 min hike. On the way we will breathe the fresh air, enjoy the greenness and quietness of the area, and have small breaks to visit places like the fish pool. This waterfall is now part of a natural protected area, and it gives you a wild life feeling. The water coming down from the rocks has created a natural small pool about 8 meters deep what gives the possibility to have a fresh swim. On the way to/back from the waterfall, we can have a break in the premises of the winery, to taste several types of wines and raki (traditional Albanian alcoholic drink) that they produce, accompanied by some homemade finger food such as cheese, cottage cheese or dried fruits. Apart from tasting, we will have a walk around the vineyards of the winery, in order to see how the grape is cultivated and the whole process explained by the owner.

Visited these guy’s shop whilst just passing by chance. Decided to book one of their trips to the waterfall and to see the canyon as had a day to kill. I’ve done a fair few of these trips but Spiro and Randi really tried their best to tailor to our needs. We basically didn’t want to be out for a whole day trip so they cut it back to around 4 hours which was enough to cram in the highlights. Good English were really knowledgeable about the area and history

This upland city in south -central Albania has 2600 years of history, which has bestowed it with stunning archaeology ,quaint residential areas and preserved monuments . Berat's appeal lies in its UNESCO World Heritage architecture and the epic mountain scenery that shelters the city.
