Rosengarten

On a 18,000m² former factory site, around 450 rose varieties present themselves to the eye of the visitor. Bad Langensalza’s collection of roses is unmissable in grace and variety. Between 1950 and 1990, 91 rose varieties were cultivated here. Germany’s only rose grower, Anni Berger, worked in Bad Langensalza. Amongst rose lovers, our Rose Garden is handled as one of the most beautiful ones in Germany. This can further be seen in the 2002 awarded title as ‘City of Roses’.
