It is nestled on major Cauasus Mountains at an elevation of 1500+meters, 5000+ feet with higher peaks. Beautiful cable cars take you to the summit of ski slopes. Return ticket in spring was 14 Manat. There is a good restaurant on the top with magnificant vews of snow capped peaks. Views are simply to die for. In 1st week of may temperature was very comfortable in mid 60s F or around 18C and there was still some snow at the top. It is not wheel chair accessible and there are toilets at the top as well as in the restaurant.

Mud Volcanoes

Reviewed By TheLush101 - Cardiff, United Kingdom

As Tissa010 says below, they're not massive volcanoes, but even so, I thought they were pretty cool. Our tour included this and we changed from a modern vehicle into a Lada, which our driver let us have a go at driving. We got here early in the morning, which is the best time to visit as just before we left, there were lots of tourists arriving. The volcanoes are small hills, with mud bubbling from them - definitely worth seeing something unique
