Adaland

Reviewed By Cbennnn - Littlehampton, United Kingdom

we booked adaland through our rep at a great price transfers were included too! We arrived at 10am and before you know it the day is almost over! Me,my partner, sister, brother in law and friends had the most amazing day here, there was so much going on and endless fun! The slides were amazing and no big queues at all. The swimming pools were clean and there were several pools to chose from. They had a stage where there was entertainment such as party dances and this was great fun for all ages! Food stalls were great and reasonably priced, however to spend money at the park you need to top up a card they give you but if not all spent you get the money back at the end of the day. We also attended the dolphin show (extra price) which was absolutely amazing! Would highly recommend Adaland, perfect for families and small children also!

We had this waterpark attached to our hotel and so could enter for free, Ozlem always looked after us to get in. It is honestly the best water park I think I have ever been in. The slides are just right, enough thrill but never long queues and lots for really little ones. The water park is immaculate (well done Unal) and the lifeguards are just fab, great fun but very safety conscious and are on the ball with first aid, Gozde, Elif, Ibo, Emre and Jasben (so sorry if I have spelled any wrong) you all do Tortuga proud! I didn't try the food so can't comment but it looked reasonable. Zumba at 3pm was always fun. There is nothing bad I can say, yes the floor is rough (and does get hot) but it prevents people slipping which with 3 little ones is a must.

Kusadasi Market

Reviewed By jadeo763

I have just visited this market today, which is located near the Carrefour supermarket. I have seen a lot of reviews which said they have been spoken rudely to etc, but I didn’t find this at all. I went with my mum, sister and son who is 7 and we got there for around 8:30am - it wasn’t too hot at this time and this meant we could go back and enjoy the rest of our day on the beach. (They seemed to like if we were the first customers too) They do pester you to come and see their stalls but by walking away they didn’t follow and I never found any of them to be aggressive just the usual “come look cheaper than primark” Definitely haggle! I managed to get the prices way way down. I knew exactly what I was going to the market for and I already had my prices in mind of what I wanted to pay and when they give me their ridiculous prices I just went straight in with what I wanted to pay and eventually they agreed. For example, belts - we bought 5, they originally wanted around £15 a belt, I got them for £6 each, T-shirt’s for 5 they wanted around £80 I got them £25. I also bought handbags which I got them down around 75%, Calvin Klein underwear sets which were only £1 for the top and £1 for knickers anyway so I didn’t haggle on those ???? I could have bought loads more if I’d have took more money ???? but I had a budget which I stuck too so I got as much for my money as I could. It’s definitely worth a trip, I found it so much cheaper and a lot easier to barter than in the shops. I paid everything in TL so I just used my phone as a calculator to work out the price I wanted to pay with the exchange rate I had got. You can also pay in Euro or GBP and I’m sure I’ve seen people say you can pay on card, but I cannot be certain of that.
