Me and my patner travelled to grand diamonds from Ireland to buy my engagement ring.On arrival we were so welcomed and offers drinks and choc???? The shop is amazing aswell as its owners who went through every thing in detail and explained each diamond perfectly. I got a beutiful ring excatly what i had asked for..when i was back in ireland I decided i would just like to add to part of my ring even doe it was perfectly what i had picked out but had just changes my mind on one thing while home. The minute i emailed Avi&Naira they replied in minutes,video calling me showing me which options i could go with. When id choose they arranged for my ring to be collected from my doorstep in ireland and back to them in antwerp ensuring me everything was safely insured under there shop and making me feel so relaxed. I had my small change made to my ring which is stunning.they had it shipped back to me in 2 days time even doe it was christmas and so busy they managed to get it to me just in time for Christmas. I could not have been more well looked after and i have never had such good customer service in my life. My ring is simply amazing and have had so many compliments.I would 100% recommend and trust Avi&Naira. Even if you can not travel to antwerp there online service is amazing its like you are in the shop with them using video calls and giving you so much of there time. Amazing to be able to walk around Reuben's house - it is opulent and has a huge garden. Reuben's life as an artist is intrinsic to the building so is interesting from this perspective, as well as the art on display. If you are just interested in seeing a beautiful town house from the 17th Century, it is worth a visit for this.
