What to do and see in Alappuzha, Kerala: The Best Day Trips from

January 20, 2022 Phylicia Berquist

Often compared to Venice due to its abundance of canals, Alappuzha is the gateway to the backwaters of Kerala. Rent a houseboat for an up-close view of the palm-lined waterways. In August, the snake-boat race is a remarkable festival—each traditional boat has a crew of over 100 local sailors.

I booked a domestic, international Meet and Assist transit service with your company for the first time. To say that I am very pleased with the service is to say nothing. I was met with a name placard just at the aircraft, taken by cart to a luggage pick-up area, and stayed at an arrival lounge for several hours to wait for my international flight check-in. Your customer service representative, Ajay, was extremely professional and attentive, really took great care of me as a solo female traveler with a few big suitcases, it was important to me to get an assist and feel safe during my transit time. When the time for my check-in came, another employee, Beny, with her colleague, accompanied me to the check-in counters and helped me go through all the procedures, taking me straight to my boarding gates. It was the best airport experience I had in India. Definitely worth every penny. Highly recommended!

My husband and I , we book a trip for almost 3 weeks to India, Nepal and Tibet thru Rajasthan Travel Service, Dilip Sirwani was on charge on booking our trip. We needed it to come back earlier on March due to the Pandemic Covid 19. We asked Dilip different times either via what's up and email for a full refund NO credit of the 2/3 of our trip but so far we are not successful. Even Dilip told us or "suggest" like he said not go on a train call "Palace on wheels" because just were 12 passangers and the Indian goverment advise not to travel due to Covid 19 spread; and now Dilip is denying every thing he told us. Keep you posted It about our refund from Rajasthan Travel Agency Gabriela and Raul
