This is a very fantastic aquarium. There many fishes and water animals. White Dolphin Beluga, Killer Whales, Turtles and many beautiful jellyfishes. You can go for walking, couples, families and friends. The aquarium was just like an amusement park. You can enjoy with anybody. Everything was so beautiful and you can enjoy the time a lot there. Stuffs were very nice and kind. Its really great to go there especially on rainy day. All Nagoya residences are proud of this aquarium for sure!!

Japan Monkey Centre: Museum and Zoo for Nonhuman Primates

Our Mission: “A Window to Nature”. The Japan Monkey Centre (JMC) runs a unique zoo housing the world’s largest number of nonhuman primate species and attracts visitors from all over the world. Led by Kyoto University professors, JMC promotes research, education, conservation, welfare, and outreach for primates. One of the must-see exhibits at the JMC is Japanese macaques (also known as snow monkeys) at the Monkey Valley. They show the behavior of washing sweet potatoes and other food in a pond. You may also see other interesting behaviors like Saru-dango (monkey dumpling), tool use, and noise making with stones. In winter, they warm themselves by a real bonfire, which became well-known and cherished attraction of JMC. Other star attractions are "Wao Land" where you can enjoy a close encounter with free-ranging ring-tailed lemurs and "Monkey Scramble" where you can watch siamangs brachiating at a height of 15 meter.

Zoo and the botanical garden is worth a day visit. There are large number of animals including vivarium and aquarium for freshwater fishes. The cages seems quite spacious. Further they have an elephant museum which demonstrates much about elephants in attractive way. they have big dinosaur statutes and dino lovers will love that. They have sky tower where you can get in and view all around Nagoya as well. There is a small lake and can experience paddle boating.
