Very good Mexican food, always fresh. Nice ambiance, one can relax in the booths. Service is prompt, but waiters will not disturb you if you want to take your time with each course and drinks. Cocktails are very good, specially the Margaritas. Limited food options for vegetarians.

This place has a micro brewery and has various home brewed beers to offer. Loud music adds to the high. Packed on Saturdays so make sure you arrive early to grab a table. Kolkata is synonymous with Music; Music and Party Scene equals to Park Street and Trincas is one of the very famous one from the olden days nearly 60 years and still going strong.What is that keeps live...the live band every night. One band plays Bollywood will 9pm and the next one plays a mix of Retro Hollywood and Bollywood depending on requests.We got a mix of both as we reached around 8.30 on a Saturday Night. We got the best table of the house which is the corner one. It is slightly elevated so you can see the full floor and eye level with the stage. The place was buzzing with families and groups. One thing very peculiar was that most people knew each other so I assume its like they are regulars. It felt more like a restaurant at the clubs.The singers are good but as usual they are choosy about what they sing from your request sheet. We had sent four only one got played the whole evening. As the evening gets younger the tables get moved and dance floor evolves. The live band goes on till 11ish before the shut at 1130.The food and service is good. They have a full fledged Chinese menu too as they have adjoining Chinese restaurant too which shares a glass wall with Trincas. In case you looking for a quieter place then you could sit there.Its a Must Visit to get a slice of Kolkata Music HistoryThank you Deepak! Yes, we are one of the only full-fledged restaurants in the city that have live music every single day (all the way from the 1960s!) 6 - 9 PM Hindi and 9:30 - 11:30 PM English So happy you enjoyed the food and the vibe! This one is located at Elgin road and is a bike theme based restaurant. It even has a bike at the restaurant. The menu is quite detailed and we tried their Pizza and omlette. It was good. The waiter however needs to be more polished and courteous.

The food is still great though I must admit, I did notice a âshabbinessâ in terms of the overall ambience and presentation of the staff. They were attentive and polite but lacked that crispness and spark that was there initially. However the food overall is still great and i would keep going back for more.
