Reviewed By Journey705819Velmi dobrá lokalita, blízko metra, klidná čtvrť. Pokoj byl vybaven varnou konvicí, hrníčky a bylo možné uvařit čaj a kávu. Měli jsme každý 0,5 litru vody. Snídaně byla výborná, báječná tvarohová pomazánka, čerstvé křupavé pečivo, zelenina, ovoce, sýry, párky, vajíčka, apod. Chybělo sladké pečivo.

good choice
Reviewed By Kat BI was looking for some room with private bathroom, not so far from city centre for reasonable price. It was perfect choice, it's only 10 minutes away from central station and the price is quite nice. Rooms were clean, bathroom was new and of course clean too. If you are looking for a place with nice TV, it's not SPOŁEM ;) The only thing that bothers me is the fact, that the heating was turned down during the night so I wasn't able to sleep well (because I like warm places ;) ). But if I had to look for something with private bathroom again, it will be my first choice.

Appartamento abbastanza pulito, ma, per due persone e cinque giorni di permanenza, abbiamo trovato solo una tovaglietta piccola, due medie, nessun tappetino in bagno né tovaglietta nell'angolo cottura; connessione a internet quasi inesistente. Dietro nostra richiesta, ci hanno portato un paio di tovagliette da bagno (ma nessun tappetino) e indicato un altro accesso a internet, insufficiente come il primo. Grazie ai doppi infissi, l'appartamento è risultato molto silenzioso, nonostante la movida sottostante.

Reviewed By JacalopeWe were assigned a room on the second floor (up one flight of stairs), after the woman (owner?) checking us in looked at us, looked at her list, hemmed and hawed, looked at us again. We had booked a large twin room, and looking at photos on the booking site, I don’t think we got a large twin room, we got a small twin room. Though small, the room was adequate with ceramic floors, a table with 2 chairs, very narrow twin beds (about 80 cm) and quite clean. Walls were paper thin and we heard people struggling to plug things in the bathroom next to ours. Also there were groups of travelers arriving and chatting and enjoying life. That is a great thing but the fact that we could hear everything wasn’t the greatest. No real problem with the planes that fly directly overhead as they slow down as it gets dark. There was no cleaning at all in the room from one day to the next and the garbage isn’t even removed. Breakfast was reasonably good. Crepes with cream cheese were tasty. Scrambled eggs, tang juice, instant coffee, buns, jam butter, cold meats and cheeses. Same woman (owner?) was much more pleasant this morning. No city map available from reception and we were grateful to have purchased a SIM card and used GPS on the phone to find our way to the tram station. The hotel is a fair distance from downtown but we didn’t find it difficult (though probably 800 m to 1 km to tram station), using transit was easy. Can’t see staying here again.

WARSAW STAY
Reviewed By actnow1200I rented an apartment for 3 days. Everything you could ask for was in there. Microwave, cooker, satellite tv. Crockery. Name it all there. Spotless in white. Loved it and at a superb price 10 min walk from main railway station and city centre. When I go to WARSAW again I'll be sure to book this place again.

Près de centre historique de Varsovie et dans un endroit calme. Très propre, tranquille et agréable. Parking à l’intérieur de la résidence évite les soucis. Déjeuner très bon. Property with potential, spoilt by problems
Reviewed By H4476QMadamsThe apartment is located across the road from the Wisla River, on a stretch that is packed in the summer with people eating, drinking and enjoying the atmosphere. There are 2 supermarkets within a 7 minute walk, a small convenience store on the doorstep and a 24-hour alcohol shop a stone's throw away. The walk to the nearest tram stop is 5 minutes. From there you have multiple lines taking you to the central train station (4 stops), central shopping district (2-3 stops) and the famous Nowy Swiat (New World) street (1 stop). In the opposite direction across the river the trams will take you to the up and coming Praga district, worth a visit. The apartment is modern, clean and warm. The balcony overlooks the main road, on the other side of which is the river. There is a night club called Sen in the building opposite. However, inside the apartment is very quiet. The beds are on the softer side but comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped with a good oven and ceramic cooking hobs, as well as large fridge, coffee capsule (Dolce Gusto) machine, plenty of cutlery, pots and pans, and glasses/cups. The wardrobe space is ample. An iron and ironing board are provided. There is a decent washing machine in the bathroom. These factors would usually score a high rating from me. However, various problems let this property down. The word "problems" sums up our stay nicely: 1) The wifi did not work for the entire duration of our stay 2) There were no instructions on where to throw out the bins 3) We were given the wrong key, which we found out only when trying to access the apartment in another part of the city 4) The bulb in the bedroom light was broken 5) The shower seal was broken, leading the bathroom to be flooded on one occasion during a shower Problem 3 was rectified immediately following a phone call. Problems 4 and 5 were fixed two days later when a repairman was sent to us on the afternoon of Christmas Eve. Problem 1 was not fixed at all, despite reminding P&O Apartments repeatedly throughout our almost 2-week stay, which was a frustrating inconvenience. The excuse given to us by the repairman was that the property owner had not paid his internet bill! The solution to problem 2, as easy as it would seem, was not communicated to us despite me asking through Whatsapp on the number provided when calling their customer service line. A further issue was that the bathroom door handle on the inside was partly faulty, making it very difficult to open the door from the inside. The most frustrating of all was the lack of communication from P&O Apartments to inform us of the progress of fixing these issues. We did all the contacting. Moreover, a week after sending a complaint email following our stay, the company has not replied to us with an apology. P&O's properties have the potential to offer comfortable, good-value accommodation in premium locations, but they are spoiled by incompetent management and poor customer service.
