All residences are spacious (up to 120 sq.m. each), with full kitchen facilities, a/c, fireplace, satellite TV, and free private parking. Full breakfast with local pies "pittas", fresh local dairy products and cheeses and fruits. Large playroom for kids, lots of nearby taverns and restaurants, hiking, trekking, rafting, horse riding available in the area.

Reviewed By josined2014We stayed for two days in this beautiful residence. We rented a apartment with a lot of space. It is very nice decorated and very comfortable. The bed was very good with nice fresh sheets and covers. It was very clean . The hospitality of the two ladies was excellent! The breakfast very tasteful en everything was fresh and home made. Very good coffee too and the lady explained al lot about the food .Free drinks in the fridge . The bathroom was rather small but that was the only thing that was a little bit disappointing. We will highly recommend this hotel to other people! Parking place in front if the hotel and a nice terrace on which the breakfast was served. The residence is located in Vitsa , a very good starting point for sightseeing and hiking if you want to. They gave us a handy map so it was easy for us to find al the highlight’s. Very good restaurants in the neighborhood. We only have two comments: 1: the breakfast was too much, please give guests the opportunity to choose instead of putting everything on the table to waste less food and besides we would have felt better instead of not eating it as it. We had another stay in this area and that hotel gave us a list the evening before so we could fill in the form what we would like to eat and drink. 2; please put a map with information in the room about the highlights, restaurants and other tips. We got a lot of information but it would have been more handy if we could read it later again.

Reviewed By ErionI2The worst experience in this so called 5 star boutique hotel! The staff was incompetent, rude and not helpful. The owner was worst, add also arrogant! I have been in maybe 20 different hotels in Greece, all great actually. This one, incompetent, not worth the money absolutely, sraff terrible because of the owner, arrogant. Never more there, and I wish no one else will face such terrible experience especially with family!

Maria host us so kindly, helped with anything we needed in a warm Greek way, breakfast is delicious with home made pastry her mom baking herself. Room is comfortable and spacy with a cozy home atmosphere.

Clean, comfortable and welcoming in the lovely village of Vitsa. A huge and delicious breakfast is provided which sets you up well for an energetic day’s walking!

The highlight was definitely the food, the restaurant has some amazing food options, with great value for money. The staff are very friendly, and the room was clean and spacious.

Well-run, straightforward 'B&B' with stunning views
Reviewed By ActManI enjoyed the night I stayed here in early October. The bedroom was massive, good value and immaculately clean. The owners were very welcoming and helped me with a phonecall I had to make. Breakfast was fine. The view in the morning from the balcony is out of this world, seeing the thick mist rising up from the valley below as the day warms up. I would like to stay here again.

Reviewed By OnceByronToursOne cannot find a better location for a quiet hotel at the edge of town but situated in the heart of the Zagori. We spent 4 enchanting nights here and were completely satisfied with our room, breakfast and all aspect of our accommodations. As an added bonus there is an excellent restaurant right next door. The hosts are simply the best. They are warm, friendly and always helpful. They truly enjoy what they do.
