Reviewed By 522SusieLovely accommodation with a well appointed room, nicely decorated and little extras, such as a extra pillows and hair dryer. Good WiFi connection. Lovely breakfast and very attentive but not intrusive owners. Quiet location and parking easy next to the property. There were 2 places to eat within walking distance - although both were closed on Monday so we had to drive to Pula which as a few miles down the road. There is a regular bus service in the village that goes to Cagliari which takes about 40 minutes and avoids the hassle of parking. All in all a very positive experience.

Great agriturismo, excellent dinner
Reviewed By igw1963Having spent a wonderful holiday here in the past, I was fortunate enough to return last year on two occasions. This agriturismo is ideally situated for exploring the many beautiful beaches along the local coastline (Su Giudeu, Cala Cipolla, Tueredda) which are only a 20-minute drive away and offer great conditions for swimming until late in the year. There is an extensive garden with a stunning view over the sun-drenched landscape and the sea (see photo included). Food is celebrated at this place - the dinner consists of a seemingly never-ending succession of simply delicious courses that are shared by all the guests seated around a long table on the terrace. Needless to say the ladies of the family are in charge of the kitchen... The family are very pleasant and welcoming which makes for a personal and friendly atmosphere. I'm already looking forward to my next stay at this place!

All’entrata del B&b c’è un piccolo giardino tanto curato con una piccola altalena , un angolo di puro relax.

Self-contained contemporary suites; annexed to larger villa set in its own grounds surrounded with pleasant gardens, pine & fruit trees and private secure parking. Fitted to a very high standard, containing all you'll need for a week or longer stay. The 2 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor and also has a veranda/sitting area with pleasant views. Patio areas and outdoor dining area with a luxuriously large covered dining table and BBQ; lit-up feature fountain, sitting/sunbathing areas; Ambience of a private little beauty spot within the village on this paradise island. 3 minute drive to the sea.

Pêches dures, ananas pas mûr, tranches de pastèques "symboliques". Très décevant. Les gâteaux de la femme de J-Paul sont bons mais trop riches pour la saison d'été. Ça sent l'économie. - Literie de mauvaise qualité. - L'hôte doit passer par notre chambre pour accéder à son placard à "balais" !! - WIFI, parfois 3 barres; parfois 1, parfois rien. - Notre chambre était très petite et surfaces de rangement insuffisantes. - Coin cuisine des parties communes impraticable ; dommage ! - Grosse(s) grimace(s) de l'hôte quand j'ai sorti ma carte bleue (3% de frais ?). C'est pourtant bien marqué sur le voucher... - Très mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres. - Arrivés un vendredi, poubelles vidées le lundi. C'est insuffisant même si c'est indiqué dans le contrat.

Reviewed By xabier mLe logement change régulièrement de nom, mais l'adresse ne varie pas. Changement pour probablement échapper aux commentaires peu flatteurs des personnes qui y ont séjourné. Ancien nom : Cipudda's House Nouveau nom : La Semplice Nel Blu Aucune fenêtre n'est équipée de volets ou de rideaux occultants. Dès le lever de soleil, luminosité importante qui réveille tout le monde. Une seule climatisation de faible débit dans une seule pièce. Avec des températures extérieures de 36 degrés et sans volets, la température dans la maison est intenable en particulier la nuit rendant le sommeil impossible. Pas de four micro-ondes Situé en bordure d'une voie rapide rendant l'environnement très bruyant
