Lovely off-the-grid retreat
Reviewed By vrhodesWe just returned from a 3-night stay at Uva Uva in Valle Guadalupe and loved it. Matt & Monica are the awesome young couple who built Uva Uva shortly before the pandemic and are really hitting their stride now that things are open again. The location is up a hill which offers beautiful tranquil sunset views above their small vineyard. It's a bumpy ride up a dirt road to get there but almost all roads off the main highway in the valley are bumpy and dusty. The king bed was very comfortable and the room offered all the needed amenities including coffee, bottled water, a record player and some classic vinyl LPs! When we had a small glitch with hot water, they responded immediately to my text and took care of the problem right away. I hope to return with a group of friends in the future. We had so much fun on our first trip to Valle Guadalupe

We "retired" in Valle de Guadalupe in 2018 after designing and building a structure that would represent both of our backgrounds. Mexican Hacienda and Italian Farmhouse. The main house was perfect but the additional rooms around the courtyard (built for the visiting children) went unused for a while untill we had the repeated request of renting out rooms. Suddenly we had turned into a well rated Bed & Breakfast and guests never stopped coming. We offer a welcoming environment sorrounded with plush luxuries and spectacular views of Valleys and Mountains. The true reward for us are the numerous friends that we cultivated over the last years. They are priceless and visit often. A sign by our door states "Enter as Guests Leave as Friends". We live by day with every person that crosses the threshold. Reviewed By ShannaNevarezCelebrating our one year anniversary couldn’t have been in a better place. Off the beaten path for sure, this little gem was cozy, peaceful and welcoming. Ruth and Henry are amazing hosts and we were lucky to have been able to experience the property. Desayuno was next level amazing! We chose the Barrel Room as our retreat for the weekend and it was beyond expectations. Thank you both for a wonderful stay at your beautiful property. Sam & Shanna

Pésimo servicio! NADA RECOMENDABLE
Reviewed By MonicalazoHice mis reservaciones desde el 11 de Junio para el 13 de Julio, y por sus pistolas me cancelaron el día 9 de Julio a 4 días de mi viaje, que porque hicieron doble reservación y me tenían que cancelar la mía.. Me dijeron que según ellos me iban a reubicar en algún lado y simplemente me contestaron que no había noticias... así que me dejaron sin reservación. Tengan cuidado con este hotel no son nada serios y te pueden cancelar cuando les de la gana!
