I went with a classic burger and local cider. Fresh, tasty, reasonable price, could not have wanted much more. Interior has an interesting atmosphere. A rooftop patio deck is also available for the appropriate times. a nice reference from TA

Tita's is one of Vernon's best gems! Small, family-owned, and all the food is fresh, made with love and care. You can almost imagine an Italian Grandmother in the back, teaching her children how to cook authentic, Italian food. A must-visit if you are in the area!

Set in the heart of downtown Vernon in a historic CIBC heritage building. We have two floors. Week days in the summer upstairs is open Monday-Sunday with inside Seating & a beautiful covered outdoor patio. Our dining room and main floor in the summer is open on Fridays & Saturdays at 5:00. Monday-Friday we are open for lunch straight through to dinner, Saturdays 4-10 for dinner, and on Sundays 4-9 for dinner. We look forward to seeing you!

Came into town for a personal matter and decided to try the Phoenix again. Been there a few times over 30 years and always had a fantastic meal. Tonight I sat at the bar and had great conversation with the bartender. Sorry forgot his name. I ordered the rib eye medium and it was perfect. The flavour with the spices made it that much better. Had asparagus and garlic mashed and they were both done to perfection. Had a couple of vodka, glass of rose and finished it off with a 20 year glass of port for the perfect dinner. The service was great, staff very friendly and food was great. Price wise it was not over priced and nor was it under. I thought it was appropriate for what I had.

We arrived at Intermezzo a bit early for our reservation however we were greeted immediately and seated. After we were given the wine menu, we were delighted to find local Okanagan wine featured on the menu. We ordered a Burrowing Owl Chardonnay and shortly thereafter, a mini bread loaf arrived. We decided on the 'appy platter' which featured samples of bruschetta, Moroccan hummus and king crab artichoke dip. Each mouthful offered up amazing tastes, especially the crab dip! Our server Michael, a young fellow who had recently arrived in Vernon from Munich, was exremely helpful with our questions about the menu. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very festive with many other couples celebrating New Year's Eve but we could still hear one another clearly. One of our entrees was Caribbean Halibut served with mushroom and spinach risotto, grilled papaya and asparagus topped with lemongrass infused sauce. Our other entree was Steak Oscar served with crab, asparagus and an oh-so-wonderful homemade Hollandaise sauce along with grilled squash, carrots, peppers and a potato. We enjoyed each and every single morsel! Absolutely nothing to complain about! Even the wait time between courses was perfect. Finally, after many changes, we decided on creme brulee and chocolate mousse tasters for dessert. Perfect sweet treats with our French press coffees! Michael, our server, appeared at all the right moments throughout our meal, ensuring we were enjoying our experience. We definitely will go back!

They have events on the Patio occasionally, which are great to attend. Selected this place based on Tripadvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. Awesome food.We were a party of 3 there for a lunch on Friday. Restaurant was very busy but service was great. During lunch many folks came in but were turned away as the place was full. We had a reservation and when we walked in there was our table set for three right in the middle of the restaurant. Had the tempura shrimp starter with 2 sauces that was very nice.

...and I've tried most! We've visited many times over the last couple of years and it's always consistently awesome. Great curry dishes just like back home in the UK, and having lived here for the last 8 years I'm so happy to finally find curry as good as home - actually I think better!! Friendly prompt service and a full menu with lots and lots of choice.

This was our first ever visit to Los Huesos. We had friends visiting from overseas and thought we would try Mexican, we were not disappointed. Very friendly owner and serving staff. Food was fresh and tasteful. The portion size is beyond generous. You can go with a healthy appetite and you will still be taking some left overs home. Will definitely go there again.

This popular diner is located in the downtown core, with adequate free public parking right across the street. There is an extensive menu of family fare. Our meals were tasty, served quickly and very reasonably priced. The homemade breads/toast are fabulous. The staff were friendly although they could have used one more wait staff during the busy lunch hour. Popular with seniors and the handicap scooter brigade. Good plave.
