Welcome Guest House centrally situated in the lovely Three Rivers garden suburb. Since 2009, guests, both local and from all over the world have experienced our hospitality. For our regular guests “Welcome” has become THE place to stay.Rates include the use of all amenities on site, a wholesome English or Continental breakfast. Dinner and special dietary catering on request. Wi-Fi, copying, faxing and laundry services are available.

Reviewed By Andre MI would like to say thank you to Megan, Ester and Nicole at Bordeaux Haven Guest house for the excellent customer service and professionalism that they showed me on both business trips. They treated me like a king and went the extra mile to make sure I was looked after. The rooms were out of this world, it was a home away from home. There's free and fast Wi-Fi throughout the property as well. The quality of the breakfast was out of this world I will definitely be coming back to the establishment in the future. Keep up the good work. .

Reviewed By ShabirD8Awesome place. So much more than we expected for the price. Stayed a weekend for a family function that was in the area. Most family staying at other near by lodges had lots of complaints but for this place only compliments! Brilliant decor - farmstyle but modern. Comfortable and current. Lisa and the team also went out of their way to accommodate us. Will definitely be back if we need accommodation in the area.

Horrible reception
Reviewed By Sanet74I didn't even bother making a reservation, on my first attempt to get a quote for a room, the gentleman that answered the phone did not even bother to state the establishment. I then immediately assumed I had dialled the incorrect number. A few days later I tried again and the same gentleman answered the phone, but this time I could gather that I have come through to the correct number. He answered the phone speaking English, but obviously cannot speak nor understand the language, I then switched to Afrikaans and realized this has nothing to do with language, but purely being rude and very unprofessional. Whoever answered the phone, is a terrible ambassador for the establishment.

disaster - stay away!
Reviewed By JasonSmit76When we got there, the place looked like a construction site. dust everywhere and very disorganised. Wifi only worked for about 2 hours and then didn't again. On the 2nd night the manager had his friends stay in the room next to me and they were partying until 1 am - including the manager, I eventually got up and had words with them. Stay away !!

Reviewed By Motty87I had booked 3 rooms in Jan 2020 for the Vaal Marathon on 1 Mar, paid and confirmed from KL for the 1 night stay. Received a phone call from Nozipho on 11 Feb asking me what is happening in Vereeniging that weekend because KL has been getting a lot of calls about accommodation over that weekend and she doesn’t know why... ? I proceeded to tell her it’s the Vaal Marathon that weekend and confirmed with her that our 3 rooms were still secured - Nozipho: “yes, yes, yes”. I then followed up post-call with a Booking.com message and again received confirmation of our stay from the Manager. A week later, we received a cancellation request on Booking.com and now less than 2 weeks before our race. My guess is that KL preferred to secure guests staying for 2 nights as opposed to 5 people staying for 1 night. Needless to say we were left in the lurch and no one has even come back to me with an apology/explanation. Totally undeserving of the 8.3 rating on Booking.com. Highly unprofessional and shocking “service” (if that’s even what you can call it!).

Reviewed By Scammed_beinshalomThis "Guesthouse" is not what it seems, the pool is green and full of argue, horrendous smell, the staff walking around wearing only towels, the walk in guests stayed for half an hour and after leaving the staff members washed themselves in the kitchen basin while we sat in the entertainment area, not appropriate for staff to walk around in front of guests wearing only towels, the guests kept on coming and going even after Covert curvue, that is when we realized that it's not the Guesthouse they advertise, we stayed in our room until the curvue lifted for traveling, stay far away, unfortunately not able to post all the pictures since some are extremely explicit and disturbing
