Raggio di Luce is an eco-friendly family run residence hotel. The owners are more than friendly they make you feel like at home, the rooms and apartments are very spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Reviewed By th0mas1960Upon arriving at the hotel we were greeted by Carla - the owner. Immediately we felt, there is something different. It feels like coming home. The dinner that we were then offered and for the next 9 days - (for a team of 15 people, incl. vegetarians) was prepared with so much love and thoughtfulness. Mushrooms that were handpicked, all content from the garden, or the forest. Absolutely amazing! And so tasty!! After a hard day of work in the mountains we enjoyed the spa - done with so much thought as well. For people who love the mountains and the nature and mindfulness - a must! Definitely a recommendation. Thank you Carla - to you and your husband!

Reviewed By elizaJarmoTravelling with 12 yo young lady for skiing in Passo Tonale. we got nice studio with separate living room and kitchen corner. the Bathroom had 2 rooms. The Staff and service was more than perfect . extremely delicious breakfast and dinner. There is a ski bus in front of hotel, but the hotel is offering any time an own shuttle to Cabinova -gondola lift. I strongly recommend it!

Reviewed By sofia cIt was a really good experience to stay some days in this house within an ancient district on Italian Alps . Clean and refined the flats are offering a sophisticated and colored atmosphere ideal for people keen on stylish , old fashioned environment. Details are cared and the house is located right in the centre of this Middle Age village from which you can reach in a short drive skiing places such as Ponte di Legno , Montecampione , Borno and the Presena glacier . Lot of wonderful mountain walks can be done around and the place is indicated for bikers too. The family running the structure is very pleasant and kind . Our advice is to take some days of pure rest in this peaceful and refined location inside Italian mountains - Sofia form London

Qua c'è solo il sapone per le mani. Pulizia...no comment...macchie evidenti sul pavimento...anche resti di mozziconi...non nostri. Neppure bicchieri di "plastica" per lavare i denti. Il posto auto si paga € 12,00 al giorno. È una semplice camera, con lo stesso costo, in albergo avremmo potuto usufruire, della colazione, lo shampoo e anche la cuffia per la doccia, il cambio giornaliero del letto, della pulizia della stanza e del bagno. ...ci sta come soluzione urgente di soggiorno, non come un soggiorno programmato!

Reviewed By giox2022Residence is real near the start of ski station....only little walk just to "warm-up" before start to ski.... Room are quite ok and clean. Only not a lot place where hang-up dress but is not a big problem for one week. Thery helpfull girls in the reception. Good place where parking the car and where "parking" the ski and boot-ski. Very beautifull little city and of course...traditional food. Under the residence a supermarket with a lot of food and things that you can...forgot at home. Breakfast is in italian style...sweet with a little part of cheese and ham.

Reviewed By Mariusz MStayed there with group of friends in Dec 2019 for first snow skiing. Nice 500m walk from the lift perfectly located in the charming old part of Ponte di Legno. All perfect from the very first moment. Rooms/apartments looked better than we expected. They are well equipped but still if you miss anything you will get it immediately. Paolo (host) is very friendly, helpful and intelligent person. He was ready to help with every single detail but leaving a comfort zone for guests. My family had a traumatic experience during the stay and we felt his best support. We will come back for sure :)

Duży, komfortowy apartament
Reviewed By Bartłomiej JBardzo duży apartament, byliśmy w nim w pięć osób, jedna łazienka, to trochę mało, ale daliśmy radę. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona we wszystko co konieczne. Może trochę za mało zastawy, było trzeba na bieżąco zmywać, ciężko było zapełnić zmywarkę. Telewizor malutki. Narciarnia chyba w piwnicy, budynku, ale nie korzystaliśmy, bo mieliśmy wykupione szafki przy wyciągu. Z okolic hotelu odjeżdża bus na wyciąg, ale chyba tylko dwa razy rano. My chodziliśmy codziennie pieszo, bo bez sprzętu to nie było jakoś bardzo daleko, maks 10 minut spacerem. Brakowało nam jeszcze basenu.

Reviewed By KidsOnTheRoadWe stayed in a two-bedroom "apartment"; one room had a double bed and the other a single bed with small table and TV; along with a shared shower/toilet room. The room with the single bed has a efficiency kitchenette stored behind a closet door, which makes cooking possible. The rooms are quite basic and small, with very little storage space (especially for ski clothing in winter). The bedrooms are not a place one would want to relax and spend any amount of time (apart from sleeping and showering/dressing). The WiFi signal throughout the hotel is very slow and unreliable. If you have important work to do which requires a reliable/strong signal, you'll be disappointed. The hotel and rooms could use a refurbishment, but the staff are helpful and friendly. The family which owns the hotel group are enterprising in arranging a ski race week for children at what would otherwise be a slow time of the season. The food in the hotel restaurant is mediocre.

Reviewed By Daniela BIl nostro bilocale, modesto ben curato, pulito non mancava di nulla. Nel giardino comune potete trovare barbeque, tavoloni e giardino con sdraio. Appena sotto la struttura yrovere un parco giochi bimbi attrezzatissimo. Per famiglie è un n ottima soluzione. Posizione strategica Ritorneremo sicuramente.
